Our family loves KB from Paul in Sales & Gloria in loans, but especially Darrin our Const. person who is still very responsive & this was even after closing. He made sure our home turned out beautiful even with the supply chain issues from the pandemic. We could not have done this without KB, but especially Darrin. Our family loves our KB home because Darrin made the process less overwhelming & so much more enjoyable because of his great knowledge & he treats you like family. Darrin is definitely a keeper & a great asset to the KB team & the community-the Canavati fam.

Susanna was outstanding. She was in constant communication with me even on her days off. She always responded to my text messages, phone calls, questions, etc. I was always updated with the progress. She sent me pictures of the home as it progresses. Outstanding.

I feel respected during the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. The quality and value of our new home is good till now (one month after move-in). I think the builder team is professional, and they respond to us promptly.

Thank you for working with us on our concerns on time every time. But i must say the door knobs coming off so far 4 in less than 2 months is not good. I have decided to overlook that i almost gave 4 stars.
