I love the floor plan of my home and the design center was awesome helping me design my home. The sales staff was so wonderful to work with everyone was so helpful and nice to work with from the sales department to the loan department and the building supervisors all very nice to work with made my home buying experience so nice. A lot of upgrades or new state of the art features came with the home that I had no clue but made the process so much cooler. Enjoy every bit of this home, my home. The builder Gregory was amazing to work with, top of the line professional.

Overall - positive experience

Some bumps in the road but we are overall happy with our purchase. Had a small list of things that needed to be addressed when moving in but everyone has been helpful to fix things in a timely manner.

The Covid Pandemic caused construction delays and it became frustrating to wait but the final product and service provided by KB was very professional and responsive.

From the moment you walk into the sales office everything is explained on the process. You are kept up to date on all steps of the construction along the way. Jesse the construction manager is available for questions, he has real concern on you questions and will put you at ease.
