We are so excited that we went with KB homes. The communication was prompt with week to week updates, home was ready prior to estimated date, and staff was very friendly. We are confident with their hard work that brings peace of mind with their warranty program. The realtor for KB made this whole housing process easy, and the locked in APR rate was a huge plus with us not having to wait on purchasing a new home depending on the current market and interests rates. We are very pleased with the whole process and would recommend KB to everyone.

there are many other builders in the Ontario area, i had visited them all during new house shopping. This KB Home house is generally a great valued built and designed by the professional builder team, the sales office is professional and knowledgeable, and customer service team (after moved in) is also very responsive & experienced. Thanks to Stephen, Karen, John, Philip, and Richard who are a great team and pleased to working with. Highly recommended for the KB Home in Ontario!

Poor workmanship (paints, door and door locks)

Greg, Gabbi, Drew and Tom are awesome in the whole experience- before we built, during construction and after we moved in. Definitely is more upgraded and higher end than the typical ”builder grade”.

The house is adequate. It is a cookie cutter house in a development. All the houses look the same and feel the same. I am satisfied that they did the job expected of them. Employees of KB are competent. Since I've never dealt with another new home builder, I don't know if the are better or worse than other.

I bought a new construction home from KB Homes and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the staff at the office was pleasant to work with and they tried their best to accommodate my needs. The rates were high, but that’s the market and I don’t blame KB for that. I did have some issues during underwriting, but they were not KB’s fault. On the negative side, I was disappointed with the standard items included in the home. They did not match the price I paid for the home and I felt like I was getting a low-quality product. I think KB should have included more features in the standard package, such as a smart doorbell, higher quality finishes, and better lighting. All those things had an extra cost and I had to pay more to upgrade them. The most frustrating part was the post-closing process. It was difficult to get items addressed after closing and I had to follow up multiple times to get things fixed. The only person who was helpful and responsive was Donald, who is my favorite person at KB Homes. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. My advice to anyone who is considering buying a new home from KB Homes is to not rush your closing and to inspect everything carefully BEFORE you sign off. As long as you take your time and choose the options and pick a floor plan you like you will definitely be happy with your home. From sales to property managers the experience is fantastic.

We were provided with incorrect information prior to purchase. Were told that there was only one home left to build in this area and that is why they were selling this display home at reduced price. Three more homes have been built across the street since we moved in. Home insurance company notified us that they were canceling our insurance due to a roofing issue. The shingle were rolling or curling. KB Homes said this was not under warranty (2 months after purchasing home) but they would repair it out of gratuity. Still have to provide proof to the insurance company. Now we have discovered that blown in insulation was not completed in the attic. Wonder how KB will react to this. KB home has well qualified staff knowledgeable and ready to help you with any concerns you may have during your building of the home. KB could use more choices in their design center.

WE HAVE BAD EXPERIANCE WITH KB HOME FINANCE AND STUDIO .WE MISS A LOT THING BECUASE OF THE STUDIO AND WE WASTE OUR TIME WITH THEIR FINANCE IS NOT APPROVED WITH THEM FOR 7 MONTHS AND THEN I WENT WITH ANTHER LENDER APPROVED WITHIN 20 DAYS .THE SALES MAN IS GREAT HIS NAME IS BRANDEN AND THE SUPER ATTENDENT LORENZO ,BOTH ARE VERY HELPFULL .

My wife and I are beyond happy that we chose to go with KB Homes for our new construction purchase. The KB representatives have all been a pleasure to work with. The home is thoughtfully designed and well constructed. We have been included in every major update and step in the build process. I would buy from KB Homes again.

We had a good experience with KB homes team starting from sales representatives to customer support team. Quality of the construction is good. Models and time for completion everything is good. Need to improve little bit in workmanship and more designs (upgrades) availability. Expected little more explanation about warranty and facilities in home while final orientation.
