It was great, even when I was lost they always help me understand

The home buying experience is stressful time but they stayed on schedule the entire time and I closed earlier than expected. There was little choice of selection of finishes unless you wanted to upgrade….for the price they should have offered more options included in price. Just moved in so my issues are being taken care of slowly. Everyone has been courteous and helpful.

House shopped for a couple months. Came to a site where KB was building and loved the model home. Worked with our amazing sales counselor, who helped us from viewing the home to closing. Mortgage/Loan department is a little erratic - felt like things were being done slowly and last minute, but nevertheless they were helpful with the financing. After closing, there were a few issues with the home (lights not working, shelf not installed, toilet tank would not feel), but after reaching out to KB, the issues were fixed relatively quickly. It has been a wonderful ride through the processof grtting the home with KB Homes. Never felt unknown on anything which is a great thing and communications, support whatnot everything is being a master class.

We had a great experience all together. Buying a home is wildly stressful. The most frustrating part about the whole thing is that they were ready too soon. Any issue we've had has been promptly addressed. Every team has kept us involved all the way through the project.

Great experience from initial walk through touring homes to close of purchase

I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door

Our KB experience was overall very good. The team guided us through the process and was (and still is) very responsive to our questions and concerns. I would buy another KB home in the future. They made it as easy as it can be all things considered.

If you not experienced in computer tech, you are pretty much on your own.

We felt like there were lots of charges and items that were not disclosed until closing. We also feel like a lot of our questions did not get answered by the agent and our text/phone calls would go unreturned. We also had an issue with the appraisal that KB was not willing to be flexible with.

KBhomes is a good, however you must pay attention to detail and stay on track with the loan office, as well as the builders in the design studio. Your responsibility to dot your eyes and cross your teeth. As I was once told by an employee, KB Homes is in the building business, and writing contracts, that best represents them, and not to consumer. They have been proactive with following up with some issues that may come up after a new build. The entire process was seamless. All parties involved made themselves easily accessible and answered all questions. The home was the perfect fit for our family. We lucked up with a property with lots of upgrades and comparing to base model, definitely spend the extra money on them.

These individuals were very informative, helpful and kind. They were all extremely knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs and were able to troubleshoot any and all challenges that arose. I am more than appreciative for each of them. KB Homes is certainly fortunate to have them.

It took some time for issues to be resolved after we got the keys. Luckily my issues were minor and were easily resolved once they got to it. The indoor paint is bad though. It easily gets dirty and when you clean it, it comes off. Jeez! Had I known beforehand I would have had the house repainted before I moved in. No major issues so far. Am I happy with my house? I would say yes. Oh, the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is big. It looks like the door is in mini skirts. LOL!

Quality of workmanship is lacking specifically painting of the doors, accent windows, etc. Still see paint drips and paint of glass of glass doors and windows. Make sure to fully understand what specials are being offered. Some of the sales rep are not familiar with the specials and can provide conflicting information. Have these resolve as soon as possible or you will lose out on the special.

Chris was very helpful all throughout the process. Anything that was unsatisfactory in regards to the workmanship was corrected promptly.
