The overall experience with KB was seamless. Victoria in Sales was the glue that held the transaction together. They were one of the ONLY builders in the area still allowing for customizations. I am pleased with the purchase, my experience as well as the communication from the entire team throughout the process.

From day one "Hello, Welcome" till "Congratulations! Your keys are ready for you!", it has been an exciting journey. We had the opportunity to pick our home location, home size, and wide options of upgrades to our desire. They were very friendly and professional and also reassure me of warranties for any imperfections. My second KB home and will Recommend to anyone!

The application and approval of my mortgage process went very smoothly and expeditiously. I was able to get into home to look over the home during the process to find out if there were things I desired in the home.
