Having been able to purchase a home here in Boerne has been a dream come true. It’s such a blessing and we’re so thankful for the teams at KB, from sales to construction to loan officers for their work in making this happen for us.

Our sales rep, Susana, was incredible during the home buying process. I know there was a lot on her plate and she remembered everything we asked of her and she got it done. Very friendly and great at her job. She made us feel welcome and not pressured in any way to buy or upgrade anything. We got exactly what we asked for and she made it happen. Working with Deb for all of the design studio decisions was a delight. She made the design process fun and helped with any design and color choices we were unsure of. She was very informative of every option, including the price. She is much appreciated and we love our design choices. Our interactions with Brandon, our construction superintendent, were friendly every time. He informed us of everything that was installed in the house. Every meeting with him was pleasant and exciting since we got to see more progress on our house. He had the house built perfectly, minus any small repairs, but those were fixed afterwards with the help of our customer success manager Johnny. Johnny has been on it from day one. He has been incredible in getting all of our small fixes addressed. We gave him a decent list of fixes and he was able to schedule almost all of them in the same day. We appreciate that so much. Overall everyone we worked with had our best interest at heart and seemed to genuinely care about our need and decisions with the house and home buying process. Things take time, especially with it being a brand new community and we appreciate everyone we worked with at KB. I highly recommend these people at KB Homes. The sales team, the construction team, the subcontractors, the design team, everyone is on point in this organization. We got a great home with no issues at a reasonable price. Looking at several builders in the Boise area, the quality and finishes were just not at the same quality as KB. I watch home inspection videos on You Tube frequently and seeing what is found made me want to hire someone to check out if what I was seeing and experiencing was just surface level. What was found was a handful of small items that were easily remedied by the builder. KB is building the best product in the Treasure Valley. I would highly recommend. ... More

KB homes was the most seamless and effortless experience I could imagine when buying a home for the first time. They kept me informed and I felt comfortable every step of the way.

KB Home was my first choice for a . From my first visit to the show home, to the design center, to the closing, the team that I worked with provided exceptional service, and bent over backwards to honor every request I had. Linda in sales, Rayland in construction and Brandy in customer service have been amazing. Moving from out of state where you’re not able to see everything and talk to people makes it even more crucial that this team stays on top of everything. I felt that I knew everything that was going on every week right until my move-in date. After moving in of course there’s always a few little things. They are always taking care of really quickly. This is my second KB Home and I wouldn’t go with any other builder. Good location and value for the price

6 pages of 30-day items because there was a water leak on DAY 1 that led to a continuous cycle of contractors damaging my property. I went through the list I sent to Chris (my superintendent) and checked on what was done today. Today was supposed to be the day they took care of most of the 30-day walk through items. You may be surprised that it’s 6 pages long. Frankly though, the majority of it is damage that has not been repaired after the water leak happened on my first day after closing. The contractors who came in to fix the water leak, repair tile, dry out the walls, and other stuff ended up making the problem bigger. Today after the 30-day walk through items were supposed to be addressed, I found a bunch of new issues that were not there before. * Under the mirror in downstairs bathroom is a chunk of putty on the wall. This wasn’t there before. Not sure why it was put there. * There is paint all over the garage door doorknob on the inside. * There are scratches in the garage that weren’t there before. * I came home to a sink full of what appears to be facial hair in the master bathroom sink. I’m hoping my shaver and razor that are sitting on the counter were not used by someone. * There is paint/putty dust on the kitchen countertops and master bathroom counter. * The master bathroom toilet seat is also damaged now. One of the cushions/legs on the seat is broken off. It was sitting in the water when I returned home. It also looks like some of the tiles in the master bathroom were scratched by something metal. Aside from all that wonderful stuff, it’s been almost 60 days since closing and my house is in a state that I would never had agreed to close on if I had seen it like this. In fact, for the first 2-3 weeks after closing, I couldn’t use the entire home due to the garage, second full bathroom, and second bedroom having fans running 24/7. I’d appreciate a speedy response as it’s frustrating to live in a home that is constantly under repair with each repairman causing more damage. Chris and Kelly have been unhelpful in a lot of cases and both ignored the problems I sent to them today. I will say that it is suspicious that they scheduled this on Friday. Both have ignored my calls and texts. Kelly sent a reply and told me to wait until Monday . This is frustrating considering the amount of new problems created today and that it was their choice to pick Friday. Overall, I thought I wouldn’t have a KB horror story, I was wrong. We’ve now lived in our home for about 2 months and it has been amazing. Throughout the whole process, our sales agent, Ryan, was absolutely amazing. He made sure to update us with every change and new stage, shared tons of pictures, was there to help us with everything we needed, and made the overall process so smooth. Since moving in, we’ve had a few small warranty claims and Jaycee has been so quick to respond to them and get them taken care of. We truly could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home and are so appreciative of everyone at KB!

The staff of KB Homes in Vida Costera helped greatly with the home buying process by making it simple to understand! Highly recommended!

If you buy you HAVE TO KNOW that their HOA Management company of choice is the worse company I have ever dealt with. You are stuck with them and KB can’t help in any way. It currently takes over a month to make any additions to your yard and home, even if it is safety relevant. The HOA Management company is a disaster for KB Homes after sales experience.

Our home buying experience with KB has been tremendous. From start to finish they have been there for us anytime there was a question or a concern. They always had a quick response and solution. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent along with beautiful exterior design and interior floor plans. If we do ever move on from this home, I hope to find another KB Neighborhood to build in.
