I was apprehensive when it came to selecting a new build because I’ve had family members who have purchased homes from builders and it was a nightmare for them either from the loan perspective, or the build, or the aftercare. However, the home we saw checked all of our boxes so we went for it. Starting with Renee at the sales office: absolutely phenomenal experience when it came to getting information prior to putting the deposit down and then actually securing the home. Throughout the process, Renee continued to be an exceptional source as this was our first home buying experience. Even after her duties were complete, Renee went above and beyond to help. Next, Blanca with the lending department: the handoff process from Renee to Blanca was seamless. Blanca worked to answer all of our questions and told us exactly what to expect. My credit had a few dings on it that I raised with her, and we partnered to address them. The horror stories that you hear of the lender being unresponsive or demanding paperwork that had already been submitted seem to be just that- stories. Blanca made everything easy and we knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. It seemed too easy if anything. Last but definitely not least, is Luis with what I’d call the aftercare team: after we moved in, there were a few things we had questions about (mostly cosmetic) that we found during the pre-closing walkthrough with Luis. Not only did Luis fix a majority of the things noticed prior to move in, but helped coordinate the items that couldn’t be remediated until after we moved in. Luis has been responsive and extremely accommodating to our needs even after we’ve moved in, and continues to be a fantastic source for questions that come up regarding the house. Really are really loving our new KB home. Great team to work with.

From the beginning I experienced irresponsibility, racism and disrespect to the costumer. My home has a broken tile,the banister is almost broken too, a skin with horrible quality and stained, the kitchen sink look like rusted. we were also asked to lie in order to give a good review to the company, the Superintendent offered us gifts if I gave her a good review. After that we started having more issues she ignored my messages, her name was Isabeau. So no, I won’t recommend this company AT ALL.

Kb home no respond for repairing warranty I have kitchen tile issue and walls pints no response about that

A Wonderful building experience. Kudos to Everyone!

House was not ready at closing. Stated things would be handled shortly after. Now over a month still having unresolved issues including neighborhood infrastructure still not ready. Yard grading is terrible. Landscaping installed half dead. Was made to close way to fast and early. House should of been completed before closing

We really enjoyed the home buying experience with KB homes. It was fun picking out our options and the prices were excellent. The house was built two months earlier than we expected so that was a nice surprise.

I must say, it was a pleasant experience working with the KB group . Special thanks goes out to the construction manager, Mark.

Kb is one of the worst company to deal with. If you have any issue with the home no one seem to be able to help. Stay away. Recently purchase less then 2 months ago. Having issue and no one cares. The worst experiences I have seen.

Although there were several "teething" problems, each was addressed by Luis. Initially our garage door track alignment was off, resulting in alarming noise during opening and closure. That has been fixed. There were problems with the heating system not heating. That has been fixed. The front door needs adjustment to stop a loud noise each time the door is opened or closed. That has not yet been fixed. A smoke alarm went off without cause. That has been fixed.

The sales staff that I had was quite aggressive and pushy during the search and closing periods. There was a tile that was broken and was replaced with a different color. They were about to give me the house with a solo different colored tile in the master bathroom. The closing date was then pushed back as they had to redo the full master bathroom. There are still issues with the house that have not been fixed. Quality of work could be better.

Everyone in Kb went over and beyond our expectations. It instantly felt home for us right when we entered on our doorsteps. Our home was built to perfection, on-time and the neighborhood is just amazing. Its perfect to start a family. Its quiet, its new, its clean and safe! Our contractor Chris and our sales rep Nico helped us all the way from start to finish.. They gave us updates, never get tired of answering our questions and just felt like part of our family.
