We were helped in picking the right house for us. We were also given the right support when it came to financing our home. From the first walk-through to the closing we were well informed. We are very happy with our home.

I had a great experience. The superintendent Daniel did a great job with staying in contact and working on my concern that I had. Overall everyone with the KB team did a great job.

Very attentive, kept me updated on the progress. Answered any questions I had immediately and immediately fixed things i might have pointed out. Very impressed with how they kept me in the loop with walk throughs before and after the build.

The people and the process was amazing…

This has been, and continues to be, the most frustrating encounter I've ever had with a builder. Despite having a year and a half to construct the home, the same issues were repeatedly brought to their attention. The repairs carried out by KB were subpar and haphazard, resulting in the need for multiple returns, and the situation deteriorated with each attempt. We invested significant time to fulfill our obligations and be available when required, only to find them unprepared and tasks incomplete. Despite asking multiple times for confirmation of completion before our arrival, KB consistently deceived us. As two professionals with demanding schedules, we sacrificed valuable time off based on inaccurate closing dates. Additionally, we incurred financial losses due to missed rental opportunities and payments to third-party vendors engaged for necessary inspections. We closed on the house with outstanding items that remain open! What should have been an exciting moment was stolen from us. We closed on 10/6/2023 and still waiting on repairs to be coordinated. Warranty is unresponsive, does not reply in a timely manner, does not follow through with agreements in place, work orders were completed incorrectly, people are showing up without the proper resources to complete tasks, showing up unscheduled, and work completed is mediocre often times leaving more things to fix and clean up. Staff is condescending and tries to manipulate the customers into completing the survey with scores that are not merited, offering upgrades for higher scores. Too many issues that still need to be fixed after receiving home

We had two builders and they were always on site oversee the construction of the house. They also were always available to answer questions about the construction during the whole process. The sales people were also always available for questions and made all cash transactions go through smoothly,

There were a few ups/downs in the buying process but once we got in things were great!! Daniel and his team made sure that our home was in the condition we wanted it to be in. Modifications were made to our satisfaction.

Do not let a woman named Sapna P. gets anywhere near your loan.

The folks at Kb Home have went out of their way to help us from the minute. We met them in purchasing a home with Amber to Gina who helped us to each loan process, I can’t say enough good things about them. Jason and Brooks and Paul have all been so helpful and helping us fix things that needed repairs, Kb Homes runs a great ship. They have made this experience, easy, helpful, trustworthy and I can’t say enough good things about each of them.

I would highly recommend KB homes.

Home buying with KB is the most worst experience ever. Doors coming off the hinges, air vents installed backwards, Defective drywall, wrapped door frame. Home was never Cleaned on mover day, items that needed to be fix was lefted undone. I can go one put it's pointless.

All the KB staff were tremendous! They made the adventure so enjoyable and easy. All were helpful and professional from beginning to end. Special accolades to Kyra K!

These guys really go the extra mile for you as a customer/homeowner. I gave only 4 out of five stars on "Quality" because of the items we listed on our pre-closing walkthrough - like some paint, grouting, things like that. Speaks to quality of workmanship (and supervision?) moreso than materials

The design center made us very excited for our new home. The options looked great and what we were hoping for. Laura at the design center was amazing and answered all our niche questions. We were also satisfied with the timeline of work and the quick time to completion. However, we felt disappointed in a few specific but critical areas. All of the meetings for the home are during normal work hours. It made it difficult to schedule the meetings or we need to use work PTO or rearrange work commitments to come. Our frustration was compounded when meetings were changed without commutating to us. Having alternative times for the design center meetings or walk thoughs would have been helpful. During the construction process, we'd often point out issues and they would not take the concerns seriously or try to brush off our concerns. This led to a mistrust of the work that was being done and needing to do our own confirmations that our concerns were addressed, frequently having to follow up multiple times because we were not getting answers or a response. Finally, we were happy with the look of the home when we took ownership but were also disappointed to see a deep clean was not done. The backsplash had globs of grout on the kitchen backsplash, cabinets, and bathroom tile. The floors also had a dirty film on it and required extensive scrubbing. We are happy that we were able to get a home that looks the way we'd like but the process of getting there was frustrating and have concerns in areas about the longevity of the workmanship. ... More

Really bad customer service. KB mortgage made my buying experience terrible.

My experience was great until it came down to closing. The title person handling my home was a pain. She wouldn't get on the portal that my lender had setup for all paperwork to go to one place. She was uncooperative on that part. Certain things that could have and should have been paid at closing they wanted paid up front. Anything that KB Homes tell you as far what they provide. Be sure to get it in writing

The whole process has been pleasant overall. There were several issues, but the crew are willing to step in and provide best services, I would like to shout out to Marshal, Mark and Rana. They are so professional. Treat this community and resident as families. My only suggestion to KB is to pay extra attention to drywall and trim, for inspection, that is most aspects of walkthrough. It could get frustrating and reduce overall impressions . Should have different cost, timeline and supervision on those depending different price points.
