Great Customer Service from start to finish!

All of the people involved with the purchase, from the sales to the final inspection and walk through, have been there for us. After we moved into our beautiful home, the KB staff has been very responsive to any questions or problems.

Yes, I already told a friend whose looking for a place that the Builders are good. That this is the second I got from them and I’m very satisfied the way they built their houses.

Buying a new home can be a scary thing. KB really goes out of their way to simplify and take the fear out of the purchasing process. The level of open communication between you the customer and the KB staff starting from Sales People through the entire home purchasing process down to the Superintendent of Construction during the entire construction. They sent weekly photos and updates during the build, so I wasn’t guessing what was being done. Now that I am moved in and have had a couple minor issues, the Customer Support Service for any warranty related fixes has been incredibly responsive and professional. From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Sherry and Annette have always been responsive to all of our questions and concerns, keeping us updated through every phase of the build. After moving we had a few issues that both assisted in getting a quick response. Josh also stepped in when it became urgent and I was in tears as I could not work (electrical and cable issue) as I work from home and lost a day and half of work. It was less time then the original quote of a weeks response time for repairs. Overall, I would recommend KB Homes and absolutely loved working with Sherry and Annette. My recent purchase is the second home I have at Spring Mountain Ranch - I love the very reasonable home price, the available choice of homes, the larger distance between the homes, and the rolling terrain area. Living at Spring Mountain Ranch is great!!
