First of all, all of their staff made the experience truly worthwhile. From start to finish, each person guided us through each step of the process. There are many steps and departments that you must contend with, but each person we dealt with was super knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we got to the finish line. We now own a new, beautiful home. Proud to be owners of our KB home in a beautiful community.

Everyone from the sales team, construction team and the finance team were top notch and treated us like family.

Short of being a full scale custom home as traditionally viewed, the KB experience let’s you come very close with picking the lot, plan, options and selecting from the design center. Throughout there are personal touches of design that make sense and adds comfort in smaller spaces. The sales and construction team is there every step of the way, I mean every step! Ask as many questions as you like and you get weekly updates on the building status.
