KB Home exceeded my expectations. They were easy to work with and my house is amazing!

There are indeed problems with the quality of the house. Many areas need to be repaired. The lock on the door has fallen off many times and the door is damaged. The main problem is that the house will tremble whenever a large car passes by!

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with KB team. They're very professional and be with us from start to end with purchased process. Also, made all the process of paper works so seamless.

Rey sold us a home plan and lot to fit our needs and budget. Then Cole stepped in as the construction site manager and made it all happen. Both men were responsive to all messages and questions. Always had a good answer and educated us on the building process.

They may have to make sure before picking upgrades to home. Most upgrades can be done after purchase instead of from builder.

KB homes was exceptional from the start of the process to the end. We had a great loan officer, Josh who held our hand through the money portion of this journey. He was exceptional. Nick from the sales office was knowledgeable and kept us informed from before the foundation was poured to giving us the keys! I would recommend KB homes to anyone who wanted to buy a house. Great experience buying a house if it was the easy more people would buy houses!

Outstanding location living here close to shopping,doctor office,hospital,school,airport,etc… We are enjoying with our new house everyday. Also I really appreciated excellent and speedy customer services. All staffs are very polite. We strongly recommend KB Home for home buyers.

My Superintendent Dustin was absolutely wonderful !! Also, from the time of ground breaking, to closing, was just over 3 months.

For two years I worked hard to move out of the apartment I was living in with the intent to purchase a home here in Texas. I was excited and couldn’t wait for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow which was my new home. I had issues with loan officers, I was TOLD the date I was expected to close with no consideration of my time and work schedule, made promises that were not kept and overall disappointment with the whole experience.

Process was good. Diana was amazing. Once constriction started, it was ok. Learned that they will be fast and sloppy. We went every week to experience the "new built" saw issues even tho we are not builders. Told them so our closing date was not effective. The issue was accent lights. They missed that and many small things. If they want to earn credit for the amount they toon to build, still not impressed. The quality was disappointing. Now I have to sit here and get with people to come correct the job at my concinicence having to cancel my appointments to accommodate them. Live my home but won't ever buy from KB ... More

KB definitely made my home buying experience the best and easy! The best communication throughout the process and prompt responses about everything!

Would've given a full 5 stars but when it came to the materials we had a major issue with the paint. We were only offered 3 shades of white and told the other hundreds of color choices weren't available due to supplier issues. We even offered to purchase the paint on our own and supply it to their crew and was told that wasn't allowed. In the end my wife and I ended up having to purchase and paint our entire house interior ourselves. Through all the back and forth over the shades of white we were offered, there was no offer of compensation for not being able to fulfill the choices of color options stated on their website, nor was there any pricing reduction. The buying process was extremely easy with KB Homes. We had some issues crop up in the first few weeks in the house, and the KB Homes warranty team was excellent in getting those problems taken care of. The peace of mind of a home warranty was unexpected but an essential part of settling into our new home

We have great experience buying from KB homes This is our second home purchase from KB. Any lithe issue they Respond real quick. And transaction went smoothly and they delivered the date that it was set up. And the building Crew they are great, Neal, Alex and Scott the manager is great, they are very knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. Raul is the best in the sales department.
