Victoria, Donna, Sergio and Kelly were great!

If you are opting KBhome preferred lender then focus on 'Mortgage Insurance' component which will increase dramatically in final closing document. Need to discuss about PMI component from initial draft copies with your lender agent very clearly.

My experience is need to work on communication when it comes down in fixing things in my house.

Things went well with KB.

We started with minimal knowledge on how home buying process works. but when i came on the first day Daniel and kelly help me with whole bunh of affordable options and helpedme with in choosing my home. I got excellent support from KB Homes throughout the entire process from initial discussion to final delivery of home keys.

I felt rushed to closing and home was not delivered to me finished as promised. items below concerned are not addressed. Tried to contact superintendent and customer service no response still waiting to hear back. 1) Flooring not sealed properly - have Ant infestation since move in around September 10th 2) Photocell lights in front of garage not working 3) multiple outlets not working in house 4) Sink countertop not completed underneath dirty and looks unfinished 5) Crack in garage foundation 6) Cabinets not sealed properly 7) Oven missing one rack 8) Paint needs refinishing

In overall everything was good

Our new home was built and completed early from the original estimated date of completion. The house was built on some minor touch up of interior painting, but the customer service representative was on it to fix the issues. Completely recommended to buy from the KB Home builder. Overall design was good, but not what we wanted to be. The design center was really helpful to arrange the date and time for the selection of the products. Price comparison from the Design center and Outside market was reasonable and accurate when installed at the house.

We were in the area, just to look, as first time buyers, we were not thinking we would buy, the sales, financing and construction team figured out all road blocks and before we know it, we bought the house of our dreams. We would recommend and buy again!

The quality of the material is not very good.

1. It is expensive 2. Quality is not that great 3. Homes are low to medium quality may be good for first home buyers 4. Not many options

KB homes has done great by us so far :)

Everyone representing KB was professional, kind, helpful and thorough. They checked up regularly and usually got back to us when they said they would. The information was really clear and they guided us really well through the process. In our home now, we have found it's a great deal for the money and are happy with the outcome. In many areas we are super happy with the quality of materials and workmanships. Some things were missed, some things were not done with as much care as we would have liked (some trash found under the sod) but overall we are very pleased.

The process working with KB Homes was stress free. After choosing a home, we closed without any issues. Working with Adil and Dusty, was very informative. They made us feel like family.

One of the standout problems with our KB Homes experience was the lack of transparency when it came to crucial information about our lot and an adjacent construction project. This lack of disclosure was a major disappointment, as it left us feeling like we were not adequately informed to make a decision about our purchase. Had we been given all the necessary details, we might have reconsidered our choice. Another area where KB Homes fell short of expectations was in the craftsmanship of our new home. We have experienced more issues in this brand-new home than we did with our previous builder, Meritage. This speaks to a potential lapse in quality control and attention to detail during the construction process, which is concerning when investing in a new property. On a more positive note, we do appreciate the layout and design of our KB home. It's clear that thought went into creating a functional and appealing living space, and this aspect of the home has been a redeeming factor in an otherwise lackluster experience. In conclusion, our experience with KB Homes has been characterized by a lack of transparency, disappointing craftsmanship, and ongoing issues. While the layout and design of our home are pleasing, these positives are overshadowed by the negatives we have encountered throughout our journey with KB Homes.
