Our journey began when we met Jackie! We had an instant connection which made the process so much fun. Incentives galore helped us create our perfect home. We stayed with the KB circle for insurance and financing as well. Everyone helped with the lowest prices and explanation of all processes. Rick and his entire team, top notch!

Hopefully it won't take other buyers as long to have their home finished.

We liked the homes we saw on our first visit with our search agent. Hallmark layout for the 2 single floors we saw were exceptional compared to other builders we had reviewed over the past couple of years. The sales guy and the building managers were super friendly. That was encouraging.

Customer service was decent in the beginning, sales agent was horrible, lots of re work having to be done to our home due to error one the KB side. Still has not been the greatest experience interacting with KB.

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

From beginning of contract signing to house closing, I feel KB home is trustworthy, and maybe next time I wouldn't need a buyer's agent to buy home from KB.

Jim in sales and Dan on the construction side were fantastic to work with. They provided regular updates and delivered the house ahead of schedule.

Cheryl Sales was great, she helped us through every step of the process thank you so much. Chris Loan office was so good, when we got lost at closing and called him, it turns out we went to his building and he came down the floor we were on and helped us locate the Title company. He also helped make sure everything got processed quickly. Jayson was very helpful as well. Builder Santiago made visit to our house to answer all my questions and point out some things that are always good to know. Thanks KB homes Team for a great experience in buying our first New Home!!
