Do your research before buying a new built from KB Homes. The quality of materials used to build these homes is cheap. So many issues with our new built, what a disappointment.

Biggest criticism is the house needs internal soundproofing.

Renee was helpful and informative throughout the buying process making the purchase easy. Renee said they had a great team and it has proven to be true. Luis went through the home with us and made us feel comfortable. And ever since we have been in the home Luis has been super responsive to any requests going beyond what we would have imagined. I am quite satisfied with the outcome of my home. I put a lot of effort to include high quality building materials towards the construction of my home. Whether It it is my ever home or not I felt that I cannot go wrong with putting some technology touch up to the house as well. I am currently enjoying this new house if my dream

As a first time home buyer we were nervous and indecisive on what we wanted, Daniel and the team were extremely patient. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Good experience overall, however closing process was rushed and a few issues that needed to be fixed should have been done so before closing rather than rush and get to it afterwards. Since then there has been delays with repairs and poor communication. A lot of the issues wouldn’t be there if workmanship was better.

Great experience dealing with the company, specially agent Tanika and loan officer Sapna did excellent job,new home, great location, good luck to KB home.

There were few issues from initial purchase to move in. Everything came together faster than predicted. Finance kept me in the loop and my construction manager gave us weekly updates with photos. Couldn’t have been happier with the build process or the overall experience with KB homes.

KB Home builders were easy to work with. Was informed weekly on the progress of my home being built. Quality of workmanship inside the home could be a bit better but the overall experience was great. Addressed all concerns immediately. Very happy with the outcome.

This is my first home and at first i was very scared about buying home that how it will be.I didn't know how to go with the procedure but the great things was The salea person i would like to mention his name Jhon.He was very great and describe all the things that i didn't understand.All the teams of KB HOMES were great.sales person, studio,Loan officer.with all there help finally i have my keys in my hand. I will definitely recomend my relatives and friends to come with KB HOMES if you need better and best home.

While the home is a beautiful home, the journey was miserable. Most issues were handled but the concrete work was poor.

We love our new KB home. It is a very high quality built home. KB took the stress out of our home buying experience. They were very honest and transparent throughout the build. Our Construction Mgr. Mario is very quick to respond to all of our concerns. The KB team was very friendly and we highly recommend KB homes.

Signing on with KB Homes came with a promise of “weekly” updates; as well as 5 site visits. We were disappointed with the fact we didn’t get weekly updates. The reason was usually that there was a monthly Monday meeting. If that is the schedule then call on Tuesday, don’t skip a week. The site visits were as expected for the first 3 but then they were compacted together. Lastly, the amount of trash left on site (both on top of and under the bark) is unacceptable. I have found the expected nails & staples; however chunks of twisted metal, sheets of plastic and particularly a 8ft rebar (under the bark) is a bit much and I would expect respect for the property, not a “hurry and move on”. Because that is how it represents itself. After the move in stay in contact with the customer service rep to take care of issues. We have encountered 15+ blue tape items and our rep has been very responsive. ... More

The sales and support team at KB Homes is excellent. The builder is very professional and very attentive to my needs. I am very satisfied with my home purchase.
