Too many delays with construction and closing. Financer did not use all options available to purchaser.

Belinda was very receptive and helpful during the buying and closing process Scoot was very helpful in the move in and when we needed any repairs and touch ups

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

To say buying your first home can be stressful is an understatement. But KB made every effort to guide is throughout the entire process. From sales, to financing, to design, to construction, and finally to follow up - EVERYTHING was taken care of with the utmost sense of urgency, empathy and professionalism. The sales team and building super were very helpful. The loan process with KB was an absolute nightmare. Also once the 30 days are up for the team to touch up items, the team was pretty unresponsive. Make sure to get things in writing and email proof as that will be the letter of the law that they abide by.

Awesome sales personnel, they work with you from the start and after closing. Construction manager is always there to help. KB loans will work strong with you so are able to close.

My experience from day 1 with KB Homes was exciting and professional. Rhonda at the sale office made me feel welcome and comfortable with the community and my selection. Then when I went to the design studio ANNIE made it a pleasure to work with and assisted me A MAN in designing my wonderful home. Through the entire process I was worried about the cost. I was soo worried until Rhonda even offered for me to change communities even if she would not get credit. She let me look at numerous homes to ensure I was getting what I wanted. They kept us updated along the entire process. Sent pix, had phone calls. They did best to get us in as soon as possible. The title company ended up holding things up in the end, which was a disappointment. Delayed us about a week.

The moment I arrived at the sales office, I knew right away that I did not have to shop around specially after touring the model homes. It was my first stop and I did not have to think twice. With nice looking homes, great plans and affordable price, I made a decision to purchase a KB Home that same day.

The home buying process was easier than we expected with KB and the price point was reasonable for a new build. We love this house and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They are there for you even after the sale and the quality never waivers.

Everything was painless. The only thing I would say could have been done with more care was on construction. There are some areas inside the house that need more paint like up towards the ceiling. Our water spigot was also leaking and needed to be fixed. Our plants in front are dying but I guess that comes with the Arizona heat. Other than that, everything looked great.

Everyone at KB Home was wonderful to work with. From my salesperson to the design studio to the construction supervisors to the mortgage representative, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. All of my concerns and questions were addressed quickly and thoroughly, and I was kept updated each week with emails, texts, and phone calls until completion. I am thrilled with the results. My home is beautiful and is exactly as I had hoped it would be!

My family bought our house sight unseen as we were moving to San Antonio and wanted a house upon arrival. We knew we wanted to go with KB but didn't have time to build custom so had to wait for one to become available. It was a race to lock one down and we finally got one. The location isn't great and the house is actually better than it looked in videos. However, there were a lot of issues found during our inspection we ordered and there were some that they didn't remediate until I sent the inspector back again. Upon arriving to the home, I found more issues with poor attention to detail and damages in the home. I have just moved in so I'm planning to contact them to fix damages. Also during the buying experience I was extremely pressure to close very fast and this was my first time buying a home so it was very unpleasant. All the stress and pressure just for them to push the closing date back a month. Overall I'm happy with the home but I cannot speak on durability as I just moved in. Overall KB was easy to work with. They do weekly calls and checking to make sure the building and buying process is on track. With every build there are hiccups but they try to minimize this by checking in often

The mortgage center I believe is inefficient.,the loan process was very traumatic for me

It was a little bit stressfull, but at the same time a New experience from the begining till the end, sean how they built fron foundation to finishing step by step and all the process, from buying, built to closing.
