House was not ready at closing. Stated things would be handled shortly after. Now over a month still having unresolved issues including neighborhood infrastructure still not ready. Yard grading is terrible. Landscaping installed half dead. Was made to close way to fast and early. House should of been completed before closing

We really enjoyed the home buying experience with KB homes. It was fun picking out our options and the prices were excellent. The house was built two months earlier than we expected so that was a nice surprise.

I must say, it was a pleasant experience working with the KB group . Special thanks goes out to the construction manager, Mark.

Kb is one of the worst company to deal with. If you have any issue with the home no one seem to be able to help. Stay away. Recently purchase less then 2 months ago. Having issue and no one cares. The worst experiences I have seen.

Although there were several "teething" problems, each was addressed by Luis. Initially our garage door track alignment was off, resulting in alarming noise during opening and closure. That has been fixed. There were problems with the heating system not heating. That has been fixed. The front door needs adjustment to stop a loud noise each time the door is opened or closed. That has not yet been fixed. A smoke alarm went off without cause. That has been fixed.

The sales staff that I had was quite aggressive and pushy during the search and closing periods. There was a tile that was broken and was replaced with a different color. They were about to give me the house with a solo different colored tile in the master bathroom. The closing date was then pushed back as they had to redo the full master bathroom. There are still issues with the house that have not been fixed. Quality of work could be better.

Everyone in Kb went over and beyond our expectations. It instantly felt home for us right when we entered on our doorsteps. Our home was built to perfection, on-time and the neighborhood is just amazing. Its perfect to start a family. Its quiet, its new, its clean and safe! Very attentive, kept me updated on the progress. Answered any questions I had immediately and immediately fixed things i might have pointed out. Very impressed with how they kept me in the loop with walk throughs before and after the build.

The people and the process was amazing…

This has been, and continues to be, the most frustrating encounter I've ever had with a builder. Despite having a year and a half to construct the home, the same issues were repeatedly brought to their attention. The repairs carried out by KB were subpar and haphazard, resulting in the need for multiple returns, and the situation deteriorated with each attempt. We invested significant time to fulfill our obligations and be available when required, only to find them unprepared and tasks incomplete. Despite asking multiple times for confirmation of completion before our arrival, KB consistently deceived us. As two professionals with demanding schedules, we sacrificed valuable time off based on inaccurate closing dates. Additionally, we incurred financial losses due to missed rental opportunities and payments to third-party vendors engaged for necessary inspections. We closed on the house with outstanding items that remain open! What should have been an exciting moment was stolen from us. We closed on 10/6/2023 and still waiting on repairs to be coordinated. Warranty is unresponsive, does not reply in a timely manner, does not follow through with agreements in place, work orders were completed incorrectly, people are showing up without the proper resources to complete tasks, showing up unscheduled, and work completed is mediocre often times leaving more things to fix and clean up. Staff is condescending and tries to manipulate the customers into completing the survey with scores that are not merited, offering upgrades for higher scores. This is very unprofessional and unethical. Delaying work orders to ensure that the survey was completed to their satisfaction. ... More
