KB has provided a seamless process start to finish. From the design studio providing a wide variety of options, build check ins from our build team, a kind staff in every department and after build follow ups for anything we needed, KB has gone above and beyond in every way to provide an excellent experience. We are so glad we chose KB homes who prioritizes community usability, customer services and energy efficient homes.

Everything is on point. Great all around. Joey building manager is the best ever. The wet floor included vinyl roll out is the worse flooring I have ever seen. I rather have carpet in kitchen, dining room. Can i get that switched?

We are very happy and satisfied with our home buying experience. Thanks to our very kind and informative realtor Mark who walk us through thorougly and helped us to close on just 18 days. We are also thankful to our loan officer team Juan and Janelle who is always on top of everything to help us get the best interest rate and maximize our incentives. We are very happy with all the assistance pre buying and post buying service they provide us. We are happy and proud KB home owner. The house is fit for our needs and the locations is really what we wanted.

From John in Sales to Kyle in Customer Service (after closing), and those in between, such as Jasmine at the Design Studio, the process was made smooth by quality, caring, and responsive KB personnel. Perhaps the biggest standout was Kenny, the Construction Superintendent. His management skills, communication, positive attitude, and problem solving was top notch. As far as the home itself, I felt KB Home had a little higher craftsmanship and value for the price. My wife and I are very pleased at this time.

I loved working with Ron- he was easily accessible, very friendly, and paid attention to detail !Josh did the walk through- Although he followed up several times for work that needed correction- it took several calls to get him to send men out. It was a constant reminder that was required. He got the job done but took time.

Buying a home with KB pico Rivera has been a great process! From the sales center, like rolanda, to kb construction like Alex and angel, they have all been very nice and helpful! Number one they did not tell us that the lot we picked would be very noisey, full of homeless on the outside of our wall and shake the entire home all day and night. This was very wrong of your salesperson and KB in general. We have not been able to enjoy our home as we open our blinds and see homeless pooping in the wash and they are all over. The home shakes so much you can’t get any rest. The homeless have thrown things in our yard and we even had things stolen from our yard. The salespeople were nice in general but when we went to concern our issues they all of a sudden clammed up and said to take it up with upper management. This entire ordeal was very unprofessional. I will not ever tell anyone to buy a KB home. The superintendent Jesse has been very helpful although he should learn his products he is installing. We had questions he could not answer us. Tyler has helped us get some answers to our questions and he has been pushing for county to clear the homeless. We have called cops and they refuse to come out even when we see drug deals being made behind our home. The homeless have set 3 fires in the wash that we have had to call fire department. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Do better KB seriously. The way you bamboozled us into buying the home and not telling us the issues was not correct nor professional. Then when we were doing the loan we had so many people from KB loans emailing us we had no clue who was our representative. They also need to do better and not be rude to buyers. Buy with KB!! They are very nice and so helpful! They make the experience of buying a home so much more exciting with their eagerness to help out. From the moment we started buying to even after we have moved in, they are always willing to help. Thank you to the KB team for always being available for any questions we have!

My experience with KB Home has been very positive from start to finish. The quality of the materials is excellent, the finishes are well executed, and there are thoughtful details that truly set them apart from other builders. The inspection process was smooth, well-organized, and handled with professionalism, which gave me confidence throughout every stage. I’m truly happy with my new home and appreciate the level of care and commitment demonstrated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and a great home-buying experience.

Dany and melva and Evan made my home buying experience the best experience i ever had

Overall experience prior to the 30 day ownership l survey was very good. But after the survey was submitted with excellent rating, the support with issues went downhill. Each and every problem is taking considerable convincing to get noticed. We are being told, this is according to the plan, on several items even though they are obviously not done right. The things we were promised before the 30 day survey are now being pushed back and not being addressed. It’s such a frustrating experience to go back and forth.

Everything up to closing was very informative. The timeline to conduct inspections and final walkthrough was tight, which felt rushed by KB. Issues after closing has been disappointing, especially with HVAC.

Trusted KB to build my home while I was living across the country. No regrets whatsoever. Jackie and Mike were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. When the time came for me to drive 2500 miles to my new home, I was grateful that I chose KB. Beautiful neighborhood, houses, and wonderful neighbors!

My experience was smooth and was helped all the way through!

This house build was rushed, so many things were overlooked. From the random light fixture placements, to the terrible installation of kitchen drawers, pasture that is trying to be sold as sod, incorrect shower door sizing, AC issues, electrical wiring issues, incorrect installation of AC condensation line, and the yard not being leveled. KB had impressed me with the previous two houses I bought from them, but their attention to detail and quality of work has dropped off a cliff. KB used to be a home builder that valued the relationship with the owner, now they just care about putting up as many houses up as fast as possible. ... More
