KB homes has done great by us so far :)

Everyone representing KB was professional, kind, helpful and thorough. They checked up regularly and usually got back to us when they said they would. The information was really clear and they guided us really well through the process. In our home now, we have found it's a great deal for the money and are happy with the outcome. In many areas we are super happy with the quality of materials and workmanships. Some things were missed, some things were not done with as much care as we would have liked (some trash found under the sod) but overall we are very pleased.

The process working with KB Homes was stress free. After choosing a home, we closed without any issues. Working with Adil and Dusty, was very informative. They made us feel like family.

My experience with KB Homes has been a mixed bag. While there have been some positive aspects, the overall journey has been marred by several significant issues that are yet to be resolved. One of the standout problems with our KB Homes experience was the lack of transparency when it came to crucial information about our lot and an adjacent construction project. This lack of disclosure was a major disappointment, as it left us feeling like we were not adequately informed to make a decision about our purchase. Had we been given all the necessary details, we might have reconsidered our choice. Another area where KB Homes fell short of expectations was in the craftsmanship of our new home. We have experienced more issues in this brand-new home than we did with our previous builder, Meritage. This speaks to a potential lapse in quality control and attention to detail during the construction process, which is concerning when investing in a new property. On a more positive note, we do appreciate the layout and design of our KB home. It's clear that thought went into creating a functional and appealing living space, and this aspect of the home has been a redeeming factor in an otherwise lackluster experience. In conclusion, our experience with KB Homes has been characterized by a lack of transparency, disappointing craftsmanship, and ongoing issues. While the layout and design of our home are pleasing, these positives are overshadowed by the negatives we have encountered throughout our journey with KB Homes. I did my closing on August (two months ago) and I’m starting to have issues with the home pertaining to roofing, walls tearing out and breaking, squeaking floors on the second floor, loose toilets. Definitely not satisfied with KB Home, they rushed at the end to closing and for this reason I will not recommend this home builder. Comparing with other home builder that I’ve seen, KB have lower construction standards by far.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a home from kb. The process was very simple for this being my first time buying a home. Every person that helped me with the process was great. Answered all questions I had very quickly. I received phone calls weekly with updates on the home. I never was sent to an answering service. Everytime I called I always received the information I needed. It was also ready for move in months early. I would recommend kb to anyone purchasing a home especially new home buyers.

I am happy with the support provided by all KB homes people, be is sales team, design studio team, or the construction managers. They always listed to my queries and tried their best to address those issues on time and to my satisfaction.

The service provided was great.

I liked how I got frequent updates on the house up until we moved in. I'm happy that we have the house to call our own, but not very satisfied with the quality of the work on the house. Albeit, I didn't ask for any upgrades, but the paint could've been done better and with more care. I get the sense it was built very fast so I do notice that we have to request a lot of things to be redone, like grout, caulking, or paint-touch ups. Like I said, I'm happy that we have a place to call home, but not very satisfied with the quality.

We love our home! It's extremely comfortable offers a great floorplan and is truly the best price per Sq Ft you can get in the Austin area. We would buy through KB Homes again. You do need to stay on their case about getting things fixed which can be frustrating at times, but ultimately they addressed all our concerns albeit not in the most timely manner.

From the day we signed the contract with KB Homes and when we moved in, we have been so happy with the home and service we are receiving, which is very important especially now a days. We have been working with Michelle and Mike on everything and they are so easy and nice to work with. They certainly are in the right business and know how to treat their homeowners. KB has a wonderful staff all around who tend to every question and have great responses to any issues that may arise with quick return. Amazing homes and process overall.

Our experience with KB was awesome! From Jamie, our sales associate, to Chris, our superintendent, to Stephanie in design studio, to the vendors/trades that were used, just awesome! This is our forever home and we have no regrets with going with KB

Sales office was great. Options studio was fun. Took a little long on the build side, but haven’t had any issues with the house once I got it

Mr Greg has been very helpful. He is always ready to offer his time to us when we have questions. Updates us weekly as well. Easy to approach.
