A person usually doesn’t build a home in retirement. For me, however, it was a good decision and a great experience. All of the KB Home team (sales, construction, design studio) were a pleasure to work with and were always responsive to my concerns and questions

Very happy with the entire home building process.

We generally love our house, but getting certain issues taken care of is tainting the experience.

KB homes pricing is very affordable, best in the market out there.

Home should have been inspected for issues prior to my walk thru. There was a obvious electrical issue with the fireplace ( live wires laying inside the fireplace) that was a safety hazard. Was not fixed until we were in the home for 3 weeks.

It was our first time buying a home and KBH made our experience be an amazing experience. After looking at other home builders we knew that KBH was the one to go with and so far it was the right decision.

the foam outside is terrible and the plants were not very well taken care of, but overall the house is fantastic.

KB homes representatives were always at the disposal of the families purchasing questions at all times and conditions.

The house style and materials is best

The whole home buying experience with KB Homes was wonderful. I didn't feel any pressure during my home selection process. The sales representative was welcoming and informed as to what KB Homes had to offer in their homes. I didn't feel any pressure in making a selection. The whole loan process went smooth and easy. My loan officer was prompt to respond to the questions I had. Our construction supt. was wonderful to work with, he always kept me updated on every phase of our home construction. My visit to the Design Center was great. Design Center representative presented many options for upgrades available for our new home. I felt the final choices we made fit our needs. Upgrades were good quality and pricing appropriate for any budget. At close of escrow, the whole KB Home buying experience was awesome. Easy home buying experience.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

The builders are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. Great buying and move in experience!

Good service

Do you homework before going to the design studio. It's really too much for one day. After you get about half way through the choices you are exhausted. You just want to get it over with and you make mistakes.

After living in a KB Home for 25 years we made the decision to move based on health issues. We wanted to build another new home. After looking at a number of other builders and communities we returned to KB because of value, quality, and location. KB builds solid, comfortable, affordable homes often for first time buyers. We expect to remain in this home for the rest of our lives. KB offers a wide range of upgrades and their design center is staffed to guide buyers through the many choices available. We were not thrilled with our realtor as the updates were always 2 weeks behind, we didn’t receive our mailbox keys once we closed and then I had to drive out of my way to get them to avoid my power being turned off, and we initially had to change lots from our original pick which put us a month behind. Our superintendent was awesome and really helped with our experience. He always addressed all of our issues and never seemed annoyed with questions or concerns. He kept us up to date throughout the process as well. Overall quality of home was good and I’m happy for the price, I was not thrilled with the tile in the bathroom shower and paint on doors; thankfully we didn’t upgrade our bathrooms and planned to do it in the future. ... Our KB representatives are welcoming and address our concerns. They made it clear that if there is anything that comes up relating to our home to contact them and they will take care of any issues.

We recently purchased and absolutely love our new KB Home. From inside to out the craftsmanship is beautiful. Every step of the purchase and build was easy and enjoyable and the staff were always so friendly and great to work with. Would highly recommend!
