Excellent service from the beginning to end.

Had a great experience with the Lianna team. Steve and Eleonora are amazing together and separately. With their help I was able to get my first home and I don’t regret anything.

Ensure you provide all documents needed promptly to loan officers justifying any balances on loans past and present. This will enable underwriting to process and approve your loan much quicker. The process may be a little stressful at the end, but rest assured as your provide all detailed information, KB will ensure that they doo all they can to get you approved.

The KB Homes team was all very good about communicating, which helped us to feel comfortable for what and when stuff would be done. We have been very happy with the experience.

This particular home was not built painted or constructed in the quality and which KB promotes.

Two weeks after we moved in we had a baby shower for nearly 100 people, every person remarked just how well built and what a beautiful home we had, we agreed wholeheartedly.

Everything is very above average. The only discouraging aspect is the price for upgrades. The advertised starting price range is an attraction, but, when you get down to everything you want besides the generic inexpensive quality of materials, the actual price rises significantly. As with the adage states, “You get what you pay for.” All I all, we are very happy with the entire process and if course, with our new home!!!!

Smooth process and great communication.

Our sales contact was Lee. He was an excellent communicator who updated us on a regular basis. His depth of knowledge has been outstanding. The design studio experience was very valuable. Great information and advice from Melisa. The construction Manager Dave was excellent in follow up with us. and Ben is still helping us with Customer service.

Having lot of post closing issues and those are not addressed properly. No point of having 1 month check in of everything has to go through the product warranty.

all process was very smooth from sales to close. all the staff was very profesional. Highly recomended, most of my friend were surprised with the quality of the house. House was finish almost 1 month before they commited

Buying a house can be a stressful process, especially when it’s a new build. My wife and I are from San Diego. When we first decided to move to Tucson we drove the entire city looking at new build construction sites. KB, by far, had the best prices and the best customer service. They took the time to make sure that we understood the models and pricing. They didn’t look at my wife and me as just another number. Throughout the process they were accommodating with us being out of state and expecting a new baby. They delivered a quality home on schedule as promised. Not only did they deliver us a quality home as promised, but they are still there when we need them. Ask about prices dropping for homes being sold around you . They will not tell you if the prices had dropped .

There were some areas in the house that needed attention. They were taken care of by construction manger right away. Overall good experience.

Busted pipe has caused continued water flow in backyard and front.

It was a smooth transition and great experiences to move from our apartment into our first home .

Everyone was so supportive and helpful throughout the process. We can recommend everyone from sales to design center, to home loan to construction and follow-up as top notch.
