We had an amazing experience, even with some covid delays. We had an excellent, knowledgeable team working with us, and they took great of us! I would absolutely choose them again and highly recommend. We absolutely LOVE our new home!!!

This builder was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. I got weekly update of the progress on the construction and I was very pleased with the completion.

We did have a couple of minor construction issues after moving into the home but customer was quick in responding to our concerns.

Such an amazing experience seeing our house built from the ground up. From getting to choose the location our house was built to having the opportunity to personalize our own home, with a variety of good quality options at KB Design center. Every KB employee from start to finish was very knowledgeable in their field and always caring and friendly. Our home is everything we dreamed of and a lot more!

Delays have to be expected, due to the materials shortage, plus too many constructions at the same time. Two months behind schedule is likely to happen. Besides that, communication flows constantly from sales and project managers.

Patience is required but it’s worth the wait.
