I couldn't be happier with my home! KB was always on point through this process, responded to any and all questions and concerns, and delivered my home as scheduled. I will definitely recommend KB to my friends and family.

The sales people are so friendly and helpful keeping you weekly up to date on progress of your home. If you are out of state, that is so comforting. The studio takes stress out of picking so many things. The building supervisor is so organized. He works really hard to accommodate! You will no be disappointed with KB homes.

expected better finish than delivered. Ok, but not great. small things not up to par. Need someone on site before closing to review the complete structure for finish - paint, flooring, install etc. House was not up to standards or readiness and cleanliness. Jess saved the day at closing.

I will commend KB Home for the speed at which the home was built. Sales person was very helpful and reachable. Few things to note. Insulation is very thin and the studio didn’t let us know how the insulation will be. I can literally whisper between walls. A lot of things in the house are upgrades and don’t come as standard. You have to spend a lot of money to build the house to your taste. It’s advisable to get an extra layer of carpet as you will feel the nails when climbing the stairs. In all, it’s a decent home.

craftsmanship could of definitely be better, unfortunately we did not notice the issues until we were all moved in, AC broke down within the first weeks of closing and it took 1 week to repair!, siding that had to be replaced outside still not painted and it has been over 2 weeks already!!. Definitely makes us reconsider our choice of builder...

I would highly recommend working with KB Homes. We had a great experience and are enjoying the house very much. The workmanship is very high quality as are the building materials were used. Any minor problems we have had have been fixed quickly and without trouble. Throughout the building process the work site was kept incredibly clean and we were free to visit as much as we wanted to check on the progress. The house was completed right on schedule. The building superintendent for our neighborhood has been amazing to work with and has made our entire experience easy. Not enough management overseeing construction. Everything is rushed and no one is professional. Do not follow up like promised. Very poor quality of workmanship & material.

Staff are wonderful floor plans are awesome I don’t like the fact that every thing you have pay extra for a door knob a porch light etc. but other than that I am enjoying my new space

The whole way through it felt like they were really taking care of our needs. We were being updated on everything and anything about the house. Good experience.

House has been a nightmare since moving in. There has been a mile long list of issues and super hard to get issues fixed and fixed correctly

Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

Very happy with my new home. After moving in we have found minor details and same were noted by our Engineer, Joey and all were taken care of promptly. Very happy with the attention given on matters.
