excellent customer service. excellent value for a new house in great area.

KB....what is need to be said? You see the builders name and just know their work. Throughout the whole process of our home being built they kept their word. We got weekly update emails of the work that was going to be happening. Even got phone calls from the supervisors suggesting certain things that would work better for the house. Definitely would recommend my friends and family to consider KB as their first choice in buying a new home. If I were suggest anything to anyone, I would say don’t be scared to ask questions. The initial process with KB Loan Officers and builder was unprofessional; consistently lacking in communication. Neither the loan officers or builder were on the same page on status or updates. The overall construction was okay but responsiveness needs improvement.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

Overall, very disappointed with our new home. Model homes look great, but the actual build on all the houses in our neighborhood are very poor quality. Cheap materials and even cheaper labor -- skill level of the contractors is abysmal. If you're looking for a quality home in the $325K+ range, look elsewhere.

My house is a beautiful work of art. Simple and elegant. Overlooking the sparkling lights of the Las Vegas strip.The overall home buying was amazing because of Amber (sales rep) and Eric who walked me through the process from purchasing to moving in. Their service were above 100% "First Class Customer Service". And I am proud to be an owner of a KB Home.

Very professional staff.

Easy process and love the house. Out home is comfortable and roomy for a family of 5.

The over all process of purchasing was good. Had some issues but they were resolved. Completed the house on a timely manner. We are happy with our house buying experience.

As a first time home buyer the process was very smooth. Doug in sales was very helpful with assisting us in getting exactly what we wanted.

I would never recommend a KB home to anyone based on my experience.

Everything was on schedule and professional

My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. KB was amazing to work with from the sales staff, studio staff, construction staff, and the warranty staff! Each and every interaction was pleasant and professional. Usually, there is at least one negative interaction but not with this team. 5 stars across the board. Would highly recommend KB Home to anyone looking for an awesome home personalized to their liking. Love our home. Love the neighborhood.

So many issues to mention...

I do not recommend buyers to go with KBHS lending. They are awful to work with. They do not communicate well with the home buyer to the sales office to the Title company. It’s hard to reach them and only via email. From sales office to customer service to construction, they were great to work with.

KB Home staff and work crew were phenomenal in their approach, completion and follow up! They genuinely cared for my satisfaction and took every question, concern and comment I had with patience and willingness to want to correct any concerns and follow up on anything I needed! Any other builder will have quite the shoes to fill if I ever have to move, but I hope to be in this home for a LONG time! :)

Great people and smooth process. Everyone from the design studio to sales rep and construction manager.

The house features, efficiency and design the best. Service and warranty is good, however there is room for opportunity in the warranty responsiveness. The construction workmanship is bad, needs to put more attention to details!

We have had a positive experience with our home building process. We were always kept in the loop and up to date on everything that was going on each week. Anything that needed to be tended to was taken care of immediately. The people we worked with from the salesman, the planning center, the contractor, and on have been very friendly and helpful in every way. We recommend KB homes.

I did not like the tree in front of my house so I asked if they can change it for me and they automatically did it. They also checked the air conditioning when I thought there was something wrong with it.

It's quiet a great experience on the process of home buying, Once you qualify financially, the building is amazing from start to finish and you can see it step by step within the timeline. The Engineer Supervisor updates us on a weekly basis as far as the progress of the construction. He is always on top of everything and very responsive to any issues that we may have. We are so impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials that the house is highly energy efficient.
