It was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales agent, Stephen was excellent. He kept us up to date on the progress once they started to build the house. Cathy at the design center did a fantastic job with our options selection. Our build supervisor, Bashar was always quick to respond to outlet questions during the build. Our customer service person, Haroon is assisting us with getting our punch list items taken care of. Now that we’ve been in the house for almost two months we’re loving our new home. Service quality is good, final product too. Just upgraded materials are somewhat over priced.

It’s been great having our 1st new home. We did have a few construction concerns at first but KB responded to a survey that I completed and addressed the big issues and for that we are happy.

Mark was fantastic with the sale. Thomas was excellent with the walk throughs, and he gave good advice and helpful hints. Everything brought to his attention was addressed in a timely manner. I was just getting comfortable with Justin but he’s not my rep anymore. He was also very helpful. My2 disappointments are, no white stone on the garage. Should be one of your trademarks. Almost every home has one. Is there a way to get one? And, I wish the gate opened on the other side of the house, hard to get lawn mower to the backyard.

Homes are very Pretty. They tell you that their homes are special and all the different things they do that others don't (supposedly). They told us the sub-flooring is laid down a special way so that you never get creaky floors, but we have only been in our house for a month and already the floors knock and creak. Also if you have children, do not let them in your backyard until you have a chance to get it fixed up looking how you want it. Their construction crews leave nails everywhere and the yard dirt is filled with them. The home warranty program is a nice touch since they know they cut some corners during building and the customer will have some complaints/issues after moving in. Overall the houses are very nice looking. I would recommend that anyone purchasing keep an eye on your home every few days as it is being built. We found numerous incorrect things done in our house along the way that we had paid extra for and had to make them aware of it so that they were corrected before walls had to be ripped out to fix them. It's your house and you know how you want it. Make them aware of issues along the way during the building process and don't let them blow you off. You are paying a lot of money for your home, make sure it is done to your standards not theirs. ... More
