Ashley in Design took her time to go over all options in designing and helped with style ideas. During construction Sam and Jarret kept me informed on status of my home and sent me photos as we got closer to the end (which I appreciated as I did not live close). My loan agents Heide and Cathy stayed in close contact with me and made closing stress free. My wife and I love our new home and the location. Our salesman was wonderful, he took the time to explain everything that would be happening..guesstimating on the timeline of how fast/slow things would happen. He answered all of our questions. Our first walk thru on the house went well and what we found wrong wasn't that bad. The disappointment has been getting the problems taken care of that were pointed out prior to our move in.

Better quality work in some areas

The whole process was easy and fun! We will definitely do this again when we are looking for a bigger place!

The folks at KB are great to work with. There are a couple corners that they cut to save $$$, but overall good value.

KB builds homes for actual families. They have useful closet spaces and their floor plans make sense. They have livability in mind.

We love our new home

The sales office was great, the design studio was great, the construction manager was great at first but then. I don't even want to get into how terrible my process was and the lack of attention to detail and lack respect as a customer paying nearly 300K for a house and someone blowing off my concerns and acting so nonchalant about things towards the end. If it wasn't for all I put into the house I would have walked away form it all! 3 days after I closed the construction workers ran over my lawn and it took more than a week for me to hear back from the construction manager when I reached out to him about it. That was more than a month ago and I have yet to hear back on when its being fixed. ... More

Last home for retirement.. Lots of room.. Nice area... Everyone involved went out of there way to accomplish this event. I will recommend this for anyone.

Sales team was great but I had many issues with my home.

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ...
