Having purchased homes in the past, our experience with KB Homes, from beginning to end, was very straightforward and everyone we worked with along the way was helpful and professional.

Nadine from sales was attentive with a great and positive attitude the whole entire time !!! Amy from studio was great helping me choosing the colors and the correct items , Adrian contractor maneger was awesome listening to me and answering all my questions and keeping me post throughout the whole building process . Priseyla is the best helping with the whole bank process. Without this five stars awesome team my dream would not come true the way it did , thanks KBHOMES for this awesome team!!! They really make it easier!!!

Best work and pricing !

Every KB home employee that I interacted with was top notch. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure we had and have a great experience, no matter what. The year "bump-to-bumper" warranty on the home is a huge selling point as well, because there are always issues in construction and when you're given the opportunity to find and fix them, it's very reassuring. Shout out to Brandon in sales, Juan at the studio, and Kurt, Josh, and Greg in construction (oh, and Mandy and Nigel in loans!). Thanks all for a great experience!

Not very good customer service

KB is quick to force you into the new home before it's ready, then takes forever to resolve issues under warranty. We wait weeks for resolution, as things get pushed back or no one shows up for scheduled repair visits. Extremely dissatisfied with KB currently.

Bud and Jerry were always very quick to address my issues and concerns. They went above and beyond for me and my family even after the house was finished and we moved in.

Overall I'm happy with the home and floor plans..If I had to gripe about anything I would say I'm a little disappointed with the small backyard and a small issues with the wiring of the house. (Cable and the internet) not really sure who the responsibility really falls on weather it's Cox or the home builder, because both are saying it's the other party and unfortunately I'm caught in the middle. Other than that I would still give the home builder a very high 8 for a respectable rate of 10.

KB Home is a great builder. You wont find the same quality anywhere else. The whole build process was a great experience and very engaging from start to to finish!

Ask for paint choices

Without exception, the KB employees that we have had contact with in the fields of sales, finance and construction have all been competent, friendly and extremely helpful.

Had a very good home buying experience with KB. So far enjoying the new home without any problems and staff is very responsive too.

Overall good home to live in

Our home experience with KBHome started when meeting the sales person who was professional while making us feel like personal friends. Through out the building of our home, our sales person, Kathryn kept constant contact and the construction supervisor, Charles was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We are very happy with our new home.

Very responsible people! The home really was built around the time they said it would be. They set the right expectations and delivered on it. I really don't like salespeople who over-promise and undelivered, such a waste of my time. KB Homes was just straightforward, hardworking and honest.

I’m an extremely busy person. Rhonda at KB homes was so helpful and made sure the experience was as easy and quick as possible. Jean, the Superintendent was awesome at following up with minor issues. This team wants you to have a good experience. It showed in their above and beyond customer service.

The employees of KB Homes are very polite and very helpful on any issues or questions you may have. For any homes that we have inquired into KB Homes are the best in quality and plenty of space in between homes. Houses are not built so close together. Neighbors are not so close to you that you feel like that they are on top of you.

Very nice community and great location. We have a nice floor plan and very happy with our new house.
