Great hospitality was received from KBHOME.

It was a fast process. We are first time home buyers and we got a good interest rate on an affordable home.

I purchased my home after someone had already attempted to and had added all the upgrades of their choice which coincidentally I liked. What sold me though was the size of the lot it came with. Perfect for starting to grow into and potentially starting a family. Everyone from the builders.and loan office treated me with the upmost respect from start to finish and even though you need to docusign or pull old records to prove your identity and worth(many, many times). There never was a moment that I felt it wasn't going to be my new home. The hardest part was waiting for escrow to give me the green light to move. We saw the houses, we started the process and we were closing within 6 weeks. It was a speedy process and the team was very responsive.

Both my sales person and construction manager were great and kept me updated weekly with progress reports

Materials used are cheap and coming apart. KB waits until day before 30 day inspection to try and fix things. They never came back to fix the rest of our issues

bad experience in everything. Took 2 years almost to build, with poor quality and do not add value to house. Its a loosing asset

I met Greg, who made me feel so comfortable, and made me feel that it was possible to have my home built after the passing of my husband from the previous year. Then I met Drew. Who helped me every step of the way through the loan process. Drew was always there for me if I had any questions. Sean, the project manager was amazing. I’ll never forget, when I had my first walk-through before the sheet rock went up, I asked Sean, when do you think my home will be done.
