The cement in my driveway and sidewalk in front of my house did not cure property. It is gray and speckled when every house on the block and around the corner is white. It’s not right.

We are very happy with our new KB Home. KB made the process easy, transparent and fast. We broke ground in September and moved in 31DEC.

Real estate agent is the key to a home purchase! Look for someone with a heart!

Bought our home for the location. Not for the builder (KB). Not trying to be rude but honest. The house is one mile from our Church.

Great use of technology to share with you pics of the progress of your home ! Did complete the home build up on time as per the deadline. I also recommend the quality of energy efficient home feature. Post follow ups after you move in to address any concerns. Home Orientation educates first time home buyers about the home.

KB Homes staff has been warm and supportive throughout the construction review and move-in process. They consistently have been informative and quick to respond to any questions or repair issues that need attention.

For a first time home buyer we were pleasantly surprised by what we got for the price. We were looking at move in ready homes but they were older and either smaller or same size and similar price. The process in itself was an experience but got to see the transformation. All of the KB staff we worked with from start to end helped us every step of the way

Sales rep Robbie was friendly and kept us up to date with phone calls, emails and pictures. Construction Bill went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Pick out all of the things you want at the design store, then go over your list and cut the things you can live without but keep the things that makes it yours.

The worst customer service. They don’t care about the customer at all!!!! Worst warranty department
