KB homes has an Excellent set of team members,we were very well helped at every stage of the buying a house followed by an amazing customer service.

We first moved in right after Xmas and before the new year. There were some slight issues but all were fixed promptly and professionally. My wife and I could not be an happier with our house and our experience with KB Homes.

Home buying experience was pretty painless. If issues come up, write them down and KB takes care of it

There home was not done the right way when you walk the floor make noise the front door it not straight the wall is not straight the concrete also not straight. I wouldn’t recommend any one to kB home

Great price but some of their material aren’t the best with their comercial home building over all I’m happy

I was kept informed of the progress through texts and meetings and they encouraged site visits to track process. In the end all of the choices I made were implemented as promised. Some advice for those thinking about a new build. Demand information in advance on the choices you will be making in the design studio. You only have a short time and you are stuck with the decisions you make.

Dont get any upgrades. The materials are cheap and fit and finish is horrible.

Work closely with design and pay attention

Management at KB Homes were very unhelpful and inefficient. Problems still persist with home more than 3 months after closing and the company is slow and inefficient in their resolution.

Great attention to features we wanted in our new home. Two visits to design center to chose and finalize selections. Would buy KB again. They build a good house for the money.

After closing every turned out horrible with kB home representatives

Our sales representative (Kevin) was phenomenal. He kept us informed through the whole building process . Moving from another state , it was helpful to receive picuand updates. The design studio was a helpful experience and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I didn’t understand why two visits were necessary but after the first visit it was clear that a second visit would be as important. During the building process our project manager as well as our sales representative contacted us weekly to inform us of the progress. The communication was exceptional.. it was a relief to us to receive this communication since we were living in another state at the time. The builders in house mortgage company was helpful in walking us through the loan application and closing process. Even the title company was excellent. We closed at a very busy season for them, yet they were friendly and provided refreshments and made us feel comfortable. When we did our walk through before closing we noticed several items that needed to be touched up or repaired, the project manager (Ben) assured us they would do everything on our list to make it right. The best home buying experience ever. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone. Love them!

Two sides of the backyard fence are made of the cheapest driftwood. Even a small dog can push its way through and 2 dogs have come into my yard through that flimsy fence. And when it rains, the wood is soft and can crumble off by itself. Why would a builder use that type of "wood" for a new home? I've been without the screen to my master bathroom window for almost 2 months now. KB Homes should follow through with replacing the 2 sides of rotten wood/fence and providing the screen for the master bathroom window.

Great customer service from the sales office, construction crew and the KB Loans staff.

Great price, quite, and safe community. Only issue is contacting KB for work orders can be a bit difficult, but it's understandable with the amount of work going on within the community.

Fire ants everywhere, need to treat before moving in

Expecting a wonderful home building experience but had major issues with sales staff and construction. Construction quality was substandard from the framers to the finishers. Walls are not square. Everything was done half way right. Had to stay on top of them everything step of the way and we still had issues. Poor communication from sales staff and construction manager. Great experience with KB Mortgage and Design Center staff. We love the floor plan and the location but so disappointed in construction experience.

Delay in completion only because of historical rain in September 2018

The home I purchased in Tucson is overall wonderful. KB Homes designed and built a very good, solid home. It is in a great location, central to many conveniences. The home is priced competitively. The design is excellent, with a spacious great room as well as spacious bedrooms and closets. The home has some very nice views of the mountains. Upgraded floor tiles and kitchen cabinets and backsplash are beautiful. I have been looking for a house for about a year and this home was the first that met most of my criteria. KB sales agent was very helpful with the home purchase process. KB staff is friendly and want to help. However, there were many smaller issues that needed repair in the home prior to when I moved in and they did not all get fixed after the walk-through and prior to the close of escrow, So I now am still getting these things fixed a few months after moving in, which is not ideal. Many of these issues could have been prevented if the building superintendent or his staff had checked on the quality of their work. For example, dirty gloves and nails were left on the roof of the patio cover, paint was uneven, paint was found on carpet, floors, and even cabinets, master bath exhaust fan not working, master shower door was stuck and not lined up to close, front porch light was not working, half of the plants put in the front yard were poor quality or nearly dead. This is only a partial list but shows that home was rushed to complete on time without attention to quality. Customer service afterward was good and there is a good warranty on the home, but it would have been much better if KB found and corrected the issues prior to the client noticing. Also, with all the construction going on, there is often trash blowing over my front yard, and broken tiles and nails on the road. The common areas also have trash and broken glass which makes it difficult for me to walk my dog. It probably would be better to not allow clients to live in the area until all the construction is complete and everything is safe and clean. Overall though, I would definitely consider KB Homes if you find a home you like. KB has asked and listened to my feedback and hopefully some constructive improvements will happen. ... More

I am incredibly amazed at how quickly and painless it was to purchase my new KB Home. Buying our home was much easier than buying a new car!! From Maricela in the sales office to Rudy the home contractor the purchase of our new home was flawless! Both gave me top professional personal service, answering every question with expertise, patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend KB Homes to everyone.

I really enjoyed the process of buying my home with KB , also they have been very helpful even after the purchase anything we need they are there for us !
