Love our new home

KB home made my first home buying process an effortless and stress free experience.

We watched our house be built from the start... everyone was so nice! From the sales office, design center, construction workers and now the customer service rep! Everyone answered our questions quick and with total understanding! It has been a great fun experience!

My home is lovely and the buying and building process was fun and simple thanks to everybody involved!

I would say the majority of our buying experience was positive. We did not enjoy the financing part much. But when we switched to a different lender we were approved to buy in just under a month. The house is beautiful and the quality of craftsmanship a d attention to detail was more than what we expected. Our sales person was Susan O she made our process as easy as can be. Tom the Superintendent explained the whole building process to us and was able to get the house built a month ahead of schedule. If we had any issues and yes there were some. But that is to be expected Tom an Henk made sure they were fixed and got them around my schedule. Henk has been a good person to work with after the house is built Tom hands over the warranty work portion to Henk who will schedule whatever job needs done. everything went good if they are treated the way I was there is no tips to give

some detail fine touch needed at final stage, otherwise good job.

Purchasing a home is a stressful experience, at best. KB Homes did everything they could to make it less stressful. Even after moving in, they continue to be helpful.

Drywall finish is Poor

The house is good but there are some issues that have to be address on the inside

My experience with KB was excellent, starting with the sales consultant and ending with the construction manager. The whole process was definitely smooth.

Awesome homebuilding experience. KB was very informative every step of the way. I think our favorite part was designing our home in their design center!

Overall, it was a good experience. The sales team was great and kept us up to date on the progress of the house. The superintendent was also very helpful. The pricing on additions were sometimes way over priced and we opted to do it ourselves or pay someone for a fraction of the price. Some items appear to be bottom of the line and wish they were a little nicer. Overall, a decent experience but would definitely do things different.

Good overall experience. We bught a spec home but liked most of the upgrades installed. If issues come up KB fixes them so far.

Excellent customer service!

Very sad and upset that we failed to read all the poor reviews about KB home, the problem seems to be that they used super cheap material and cheap vendors and kick passing the buck to someone else. We have 6 windows that are failing out of 14 windows, that's almost 50% that's 43% of our windows are leaking and leaking badly at that. One room already had drywall cut out and replaced due to the leaky windows. Before you buy KB let me tell you about Green World Windows, You really need to search Green World Windows, you will be shocked about how bad their quality is. Then to make matters worst, their customer service isn't very reliable. Imagine 6 windows leaking indoor home and it gets the wood window sill wet and drips down on the drywall and flooring. been in this brand new construction townhome now for 1 month and had Green World Windows out here 3 times so far to fix windows and still 6 of them are leaking. Anyone have any advice on what we should do? ... More
