Many upgrades, even construction ones like a covered patio, are offered through the design studio. They handled the process very well I thought.

We are satisfied with our KB home purchase. The only complaint is the KBHS lender - they were not worth the incentives offered and we utilized an outside lender instead. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.

I was happy with the entire process, and any issues that came up were promptly dealt with. Highly communicative.

All individuals that I dealt with during the construction of my new KB Home were very responsive and professional. At no point during the house build did I feel that I didn't know what the status was. Our forcasted move in date was met with no delays. I was able to select the fixtures for my house from the design studio, but was disappointed in the selections available, I would have preferred some higher end fixtures. I ended up having to replace lights, shelving, etc immediately after moving in since I wanted higher quality fixtures. The workmanship and quality of the painting was sub-par with paint splattered on many places on the windows, floor and carpeting. The paint issues were caused by a lack of attention to detail and not using masking tape/drop cloths etc. All in all, I got a bit more than I expected from my KB home and am quite satisfied with the outcome. ... I love this house

We have lived in our new KB home for 2 months. We have noticed and continue to notice things that weren’t done correctly or were/are damaged during the construction process. What we do appreciate is the responsiveness of Jodi over at KB. He makes sure that whatever issues arise get resolve in a timely manner.

Well built and highly energy efficient. Whenever I have an issue and concern they take care of it right away. Very happy with them. Intially I was very scared to go with kb knowing what happened to home owners in florida, but they have improved their standards. I would highly recommend kb homes to others.

Ken, Mo and Tylor are all amazing people and made this home purchase perfect.

Good sales reps and construction managers that help you with any questions/concers throughout the process.

The home was built to my satisfaction. The quality is high. The builder and team was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns and provided quick actions to meet my satisfaction.

The team from start to finish was helpful in offering information and explanations as needed. Weather was the only time frame changer... and even then, from contract to close, there was only a few week delay... again due to weather. The team still continues to follow up with us, even 6 weeks after we moved in.
