It was a great experience! I love my new KB Home!

The home was built to my satisfaction. The quality is high. The builder and team was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns and provided quick actions to meet my satisfaction.

The team from start to finish was helpful in offering information and explanations as needed. Weather was the only time frame changer... and even then, from contract to close, there was only a few week delay... again due to weather. The team still continues to follow up with us, even 6 weeks after we moved in.

After hearing many horror stories about new builds, we were apprehensive about going through the experience. KB Home squashed all that. From our first visit to the Sales Center to the closing date we were treated with respect and honesty on all aspects of the build. What we like best is their continued follow up after we've moved in to ensure everything is as it should.

Pleasant experience so far

My experience as a first time buyer was excelent, I got a lot of help from Jose on anyquestion I had and all the teams that help me from my loan application to closing escrow.

The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was great to work with and the sales staff was very responsive to all of my concerns. I was disappointed with the initial interior painting of the walls and doors, but KB Home was quick to rectify the issue and make sure that I was happy with the final outcome. The house is very energy efficient and I would highly recommend this builder.

I wish I had time for my home, to see it daily how it’s build brick by brick, people want to live in their home everyday yet had not much time to see when it’s being built.

From start to finish my home buying/building experience has been amazing. Not my first build and everyone involved was incredible to work with. Even with the rain that would not stop, I was kept informed of where we were,week after week. The salesman, construction supervisor,the best ever. my designer, and loan officer truly knew everything needed to get through this process. Thank you all for my new home!

Trades unsupervised. Home not delivered on time as promised. 2 months trying to get issues resolved that should have been done correctly before closing. Representatives of KB relaying incorrect information.

Take your time to pick your options so that when you have your design center appointment you have a good idea of what you want. It will save you time and money.

KB Home was originally chosen for their prices & community locations. Upon working with KB I experienced answers to any question, constant updates, planned & friendly appointments and professionalism from its representatives.
