The staff throughout the buying process were pleasant, friendly and responsive.

Have had multiple customer service requests to be fixed after closing, however KB seems to be very responsive to those requests to get them resolved. Windows replaced. Still waiting call from company for Microwave to be replaced, stove clips to be installed (Customer service turned it over to appliance company as of 2 days ago), cabinet door replacement and a few door/drawer fixes scheduled Dec 31.

I have not been given the walk thru of the house. How everything works.

Where to start... contractor team doesn’t listen to concerns, cheap material used, landscaping is terrible. Started out great then the lack of communication got worse rushed everything after my concerns started to show. Have a ton of items still to get fixed under warranty.

Purchase experience was great! Liz answered all my question and explained everything in simple terms. I didn’t pick the design options of the house but I was in love with the upgrades the house came with. Again, Liz has been very helpful even after my purchase. She has been responsive to all my questions in a timely manner and has made my first home buying experience amazing!

Brandon, Lionel, and Nathan were awesome at accommodating to my schedule and helping move the process along quickly!

The KB Home staff was awesome. Each step of the buying process was explained. We also received updates on the building progress of the home.

I still have stuff that needs to be fixed from our ten-day walk-through and before we even moved into our home, We have been in our home for over a month. Our closing date continued to get pushed back because of KB’scontinued negligence . When we moved in they forgot an inspection so we had no insulation in our home till they figured out they messed up. Their communication skills are absolutely right, we had no idea who we were supposed to contact when one of their employees moved onto a different company. Nobody attempted to call or contact or let us know anything that was going on during the whole process. KB has in no way tryed to fix correct or make right any of the issues that we have had with them along the way. Their quality of workmanship customer service and overall communication is horrible. kB homes at all satisfaction but some issue are not solved

KB Home and its team did a phenomenal job. We are very happy with our home and know that we made the best choice in builders. The entire KB Home team kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and made it super easy to follow and understand. Highly recommend!!

There are so many things that were overlooked, I wish that I’d had done better research into all the complaints with kB home before.

My husband and I had a great experience with KB Home orchard terrace. Susana was extremely helpful and always updated us on anything we needed to know. Kb home was very professional and it made our experience priceless on the purchase of our new home.
