Have had multiple customer service requests to be fixed after closing, however KB seems to be very responsive to those requests to get them resolved. Windows replaced. Still waiting call from company for Microwave to be replaced, stove clips to be installed (Customer service turned it over to appliance company as of 2 days ago), cabinet door replacement and a few door/drawer fixes scheduled Dec 31.

Where to start... contractor team doesn’t listen to concerns, cheap material used, landscaping is terrible. Started out great then the lack of communication got worse rushed everything after my concerns started to show. Have a ton of items still to get fixed under warranty.

Purchase experience was great! Liz answered all my question and explained everything in simple terms. I didn’t pick the design options of the house but I was in love with the upgrades the house came with. Again, Liz has been very helpful even after my purchase. She has been responsive to all my questions in a timely manner and has made my first home buying experience amazing!

I still have stuff that needs to be fixed from our ten-day walk-through and before we even moved into our home, We have been in our home for over a month. Our closing date continued to get pushed back because of KB’scontinued negligence . When we moved in they forgot an inspection so we had no insulation in our home till they figured out they messed up. Their communication skills are absolutely right, we had no idea who we were supposed to contact when one of their employees moved onto a different company. Nobody attempted to call or contact or let us know anything that was going on during ...
