We love our home. How come no street lights?

Sales person Steve O. 5 Stars, He was outstanding. KB home loans 1 star, could not compete with other lender even with 5K rebate. House and lot very nice, lawn however in awful condition due to irrigation not working originally. Overall good value home for the price. Have submitted some minor issue repairs , still not fixed two weeks later.

Builders supervisor Daniel was outstanding I revised a weekly update on him and he quickly responded to my questions and work request, Ms Sara Sosa she is very helpful and very professional in every aspect.

It was an interesting process, just know your house won't be perfect you will find things that will need to get fixed.

I haven’t been in my house for two months and things are falling apart. Very cheap materials and poor construction. Very unimpressive.

The home and construction team is awesome. However we do not recommend using the KB home finance it was a constant roller coaster. Work from home does not work. This was the 4th home we’ve bought using VA and this was by far the most difficult process because of the finance department. Everything else was awesome! So glad they finally got it together so we can enjoy our beautiful home.

I bought my first home from Kbhome and had a lot of good experience. The experience made me go back for my second home. Kbhome build quality homes and styles for astonishingly good prices. I worked with two remarkable persons Mr Douglas and Trey. This two people were great and made my buying process even better. Their dedication to ensuring that my expectations were met is outstanding.

they seem to be very well organized work together well and try to give you a straightforward showing with out fluff. Overall they were great

Would like to start by saying, "Thank You" (or "Mahalo!!!") to the whole KB Home team that made this happen. The whole process was tough and rough but the end results is a dream come true. Although, we are in Las Vegas, also referred to as the 9th Island, our home is our paradise. With the help of our Mortgage Originator, Annie and our KB Sales Rep, Jeffery who both were terrific and worked hard in working their magic to make this possible. We can't forget Melissa (KB Sales Rep) who also stepped in to help and answered our questions when Jeffery was out. The best process of it all was at the KB Design Studio where Lindsay was very helpful in helping us design our home with all the product selection we had to go through. Then came the closing...and Jackie was very helpful setting up a remote notary while we signed our closing documents in Hawaii. And the most exciting part of it all was the final move in. KB Home was a prefect build, could not ask for anything better. Devin (Project Manager) was extremely helpful after our move-in. Helping us get situated and answered all the questions we had and took care of the issues we occurred during our move-in. Devin has always been there to help out. We're still not done settling in our new home, since we are still in the process of moving but the experience we have with the entire KB Home Team is the best you could ever asked for. Great experience, great staff, good quality material.

Since the start, purchasing my home from KB, was not a good experience. The day of closing turned out to be a week of closing. Now that I’ve moved into the house, doors were not hung properly, the carpet was not tacked down correctly, it lifts from most of the corners in big sections. The living/ dining rooms tiles were not installed correctly. The tiles were uneven. I’ve been sitting in a construction site for a week and it looks like it’ll be longer. I feel like I’ve made a mistake buying this house. I’m so frustrated.

I dealt mostly with Jeannette and Brooke. They both were diligent and helpful with all of my requests.

With this being our 2nd purchase with KB and communicating the concerns and issues we encountered with our first purchase, we assumed this experience would be different. First, we had issues with the lot on which we put our good-faith deposit. We were told the lot reserved for us could not have the plan we selected built on it due to city regulations. We were then given the option to have a different corner lot, and the build would be faster (February) because the city permits were already complete. This meant we had to accept options we did not want but agreed to because a faster build date is what we needed. Foundation was poured without our knowledge, and regarding the weekly touch bases with our project manager, that never happened. We had to reach out to get updates on the build's status. We had an independent inspector check the house as it was being built to ensure it was done to standard (several items were noted on the report(s) and went not being addressed/fixed). Fast forward, we were set to close and confirmed the appointment the day before. We show up and were told we have not signed off on the "completed home" and that the home closing would not happen. We sat there for over an hour, waiting for someone to tell us what was happening and what would happen. We have been in our home for a little over a month and are still waiting for repairs/corrections to be completed. The lack of communication is still an issue. Responsiveness to issues is zero. They were supposed to have a 10 day walk through with me after packing into the house. They never did. I have called, gone to the sales office and reported issues in the new house and up till this moment nobody has gotten back to me. One of the issues I have is the toilet. It doesn't flush properly, nothing is occluded the passage. Probably an engineering error, I would guess. It's so frustrating that I just packed into a newly built house with just one toilet in a four bedroom house. This is really a bad experience.
