I dealt mostly with Jeannette and Brooke. They both were diligent and helpful with all of my requests.

With this being our 2nd purchase with KB and communicating the concerns and issues we encountered with our first purchase, we assumed this experience would be different. First, we had issues with the lot on which we put our good-faith deposit. We were told the lot reserved for us could not have the plan we selected built on it due to city regulations. We were then given the option to have a different corner lot, and the build would be faster (February) because the city permits were already complete. This meant we had to accept options we did not want but agreed to because a faster build date is what we needed. Foundation was poured without our knowledge, and regarding the weekly touch bases with our project manager, that never happened. We had to reach out to get updates on the build's status. We had an independent inspector check the house as it was being built to ensure it was done to standard (several items were noted on the report(s) and went not being addressed/fixed). Fast forward, we were set to close and confirmed the appointment the day before. We show up and were told we have not signed off on the "completed home" and that the home closing would not happen. We sat there for over an hour, waiting for someone to tell us what was happening and what would happen. We have been in our home for a little over a month and are still waiting for repairs/corrections to be completed. The lack of communication is still an issue. Responsiveness to issues is zero. They were supposed to have a 10 day walk through with me after packing into the house. They never did. I have called, gone to the sales office and reported issues in the new house and up till this moment nobody has gotten back to me. One of the issues I have is the toilet. It doesn't flush properly, nothing is occluded the passage. Probably an engineering error, I would guess. It's so frustrating that I just packed into a newly built house with just one toilet in a four bedroom house. This is really a bad experience. Everything great went as it should

This is my first KB Home and it’s the best home I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned a DR Horton home and the workmanship was poor and the customer service was very poor. Love my new KB Home.

Good Builder. But they don't have much design options and we need to go with very limited options.

I have friends who purchased from other builders and all of the components of their houses are top notch. Many components of my house isnt as great as I hoped it would be. The price range is acceptable, but if these issues were known before buying, I might not have accepted the price range that I agreed to. I would have definitely negotiated a lot more.

Wonderful experience with Kerry and Brandon while building our home and after the fact. Everyone has been very responsive in getting things taken care of. We love our new home!!

The responsiveness and care I was given exceeded my expectations! The project manager was always available, kind and professional. This is my first home purchase in Texas and couldn't be happier!

Building my first semi construction home with KB has been the greatest experience ever. My sales representative set the tone for the awesome experience I was going to experience. From signing my contract to studio design to pre construction and the final walk through I could not be happier with KB. I have been in my home for a month now and so far have not had any issues with them home. The care and attention that went into my home was absolutely amazing. I'm so happy to be in my new home

This a great house overall but comes with a lot of issues low quality materials and some really bad details from construction contractors !! Once I start looking around everything I find a lot of ugly things I have being fixing myself since I don’t trust them at all !!

Communication is lacking in my opinion. Lots of last minute things causing more stress. Construction did a great job and communication was good with them. They were on top of getting repairs scheduled timely. Getting the home move in ready inside and out was not completed to my satisfaction. It could have been mowed and cleaned up better.

Warranty person ignored my request.

Fantastic experience during the purchasing phase and the project engineer primary point of contact is excellent in assisting to take care of any concerns or questions during the walk-thru and move in periods. However, there have been a few items that have needed attention post-move in but the process for resolution is smooth and prompt. There are a few concerns about quality in materials used especially the interior paint which may require additional expense to repaint with a product that can be wiped down without exposing the underlying drywall. I would like to have seen a bit more space allocated to the extra bedrooms for my particular floor plan, even if it means making the great room/living room a bit smaller. Getting requests processed through the current KB Home contracted Home Owners Association (HOA) has been a more of a challenge than it should be. i would not buy a other house with KB home or tell someone to buy here

I reported the sliding door is damaged and installed backwards, someone came to look at it and I never heard from anyone again. I had an access panel to space under the stairwell installed and found it was completely full of scrap sheet rock. That just screams we don’t car … why not properly discard scraps instead of leaving them hidden in my house, what else is hidden in my house? I dare not look in the attic. Overall the workmanship in my opinion lacks pride. My opinion has gone down since I moved in.

Home was delivered ahead of schedule. The entire staff from front to back end was very professional.

As typical with new homes, we ran into several issues but we're working to resolve them. Other than that we highly recommend this place! It has over all been a great experience!
