Our experience with KB homes, for the most part, was pretty seamless. From the sales office to the construction to the loan department, we had no issues with communication and responsiveness. We had a few post-build electrical and installation issues arise, but our builder, Ray, was extremely helpful with obtaining resolutions effectively and efficiently. We are thankful that both him, and Isabeau, were able to resolve any issues, questions and concerns that have come up since.

Staff were always helpful and guided us through the process smoothly. Updates were timely and responses to questions were prompt and accurate. We are very pleased with our home and quality of construction.

From the moment I walked in to the house, I knew it was My Home. The buying process, walk through and closing were all Perfect!

The Sales Representative was excellent. The Loan representative was excellent. Most of personal that I met was very good. They keep their word on making sure the work they promise got done.

Warranty group is has responded slowly or not at all to post closing issues

Overall, our experience with KB staff was excellent, From the first buying experience to the move-in. Everyone was quick to respond to issues and has helped us resolve them in a timely manner. We love our home and also enjoy the neighborhood as well.

We've purchased other primary residences and they were all headaches and full of stress. This buying experience had its moments of stress and frustration but compared to the other home purchases this experience was a breeze.

Waiting for completion and repair of fencing (overall- poor execution) miscellaneous broken items inside and outside the home. Lack of response and therefore attention to these matters is unacceptable

House looks like it was built in a rush. No quality control was implemented though the building process; lots of details were overlooked. Response to repair issues with the house extremely slow to none.

When we started out with KB it felt like there was a rush to get things done from the start to the finish. The day before the closing was a rush as documents that should have been submitted to us for final review weeks before was still not completed for review and they were constantly running the numbers even though nothing had changed. Mortgage Department one person she knows herself left me and my husband off the deed. Now I have been left with the headache of getting that sorted out. When we did the Design Studio appointment had one person doubled up on our upgrades twice . Once during the video appointment and the other time on the final document. I pointed it out to her and she told me their was no error. She changed it on the system overnight and submitted it the next day without acknowledging her error. I print all documents before so I can review before i signing. She needs more training. KB needs to put up more and clearer signs so that people do not get lost trying to find this community. I am Constantly on the phone directing Uber, delivery company and fast food companies as the GPS is sending them to the neighboring community . Mail Boxes are located 15 minutes away walking. That does not make any sense. Each community has a cul-de-sac why not put them at the end of each community. There is no recycle or garbage pick up in this community as it still under construction. I have a very long list of things to fix. I have biting ants in my kitchen no food left out they were also on the carpet and outside on the patio. Shower pipe in master bathroom the water pressure is so low i can hardly take a shower. Too many things to speak on. Now we have moved into the area. Angie and Richard has always been very nice throughout this process. I have been here a week and no one has come to welcome us to the area. I have met a few of the neighbors really very nice who mentioned they have received gift baskets and gift cards. I am still waiting on mine not feeling very appreciated after spending all that money with KB. KB All your buyer's should be treated the same. We should all feel welcome. From the onset of the home buying journey, the KB Home staff were very encouraging and supportive. They helped link me with a mortgage lender that was suited to my peculiar needs.
