Construction and sales were amazing

From day one, Leo was on top of everything. He went above and beyond to keep us updated on our build. Being out of state, he would not only send us several picture every week, but was prompt with updates on construction, inspections, and answering any questions we had. From start to closing, and even after, he has been a blessing.

The home buying experience from the beginning to end was great. Everyone is so knowledgeable they kept us updated step by step. Made it a memorable moment for us!

My experience was and is very good with KB home. Very efficient, friendly and gave us the security of seeing a safe home built.

Chase and his team help along the process along with Gina and her team. Once thank you for the support. We had some issues with my buyer in California. Gina and Chase help out and us their support. Thank you everyone for your help and support.

All of our questions were answered in a timely form.

They are responsible on during buying house

Very Disappointed with not allowing to lock the mortgage rate without selecting the options at KB Studio though we have paid separately for the options which left me paying 2.5% more interest which is a lot. It looks foolish to hold since KB is charging customers for options upfront. House construction quality looks good. Thanks to the construction manager Ray for his timely updates and fixing minor issues in a timely manner. Insulation seems to be low causing hearing TV sound and garage door opening or closing sounds in most of the rooms.

The home buying experience was great at all levels. The only complaint I have was with the design studio. There was too much back and forth about what was or wasn't available for our home. This was particularly messy when trying to put the kitchen appliance package together.

We had an excellent experience with sales and project management. Tim our sales rep was professional, easy to work with, responsive and got us into a great lot and house in the timeline we needed. Very knowledgeable. Our project manager Kaisee was a pleasure to work with him. He explained the process and timeline. He sent us weekly pictures and updates. We are very happy with the community and its features. We love our new home.

Rhonda and Trey were very professional and helpful during the buying and inspection process.

Too bad for warranty,I have problems on countertop and then I wait long time ,nobody help

People were either 100% amazing or 100% not helpful, caused issues and just plain didn’t care.

Overall I like KB home however there are some improvements needed .

After 3 months, Still waiting for cabinet doors to arrive

The materials selection is important because the home buyer is able to choose what kind of product she needs. For example the the second bathtub in my home is cheap and small. It is difficult for any person to take a shower in that bathtub because it really small and uncomfortable.

KB builder is worse than what I expected. The quality in every area is not good!! I’ve called for service to fix the paint after moving in and no one answers and no one calls back when I leave a voicemail. Getting things fixed is not their priority because they are still short handed. I’m still waiting for an appointment confirmation for another issue I saw outside. Did I mention the nails that were left on the floor in my garage, the driveway, and the street when I moved in? I’ll say it again, I will never buy another KB home nor will I recommend KB to anyone.

I waited on doing this review for things to get fixed but Im just constantly let down. Appointments missed, appointments where people come out with no materials, craftsmen coming and making more of a mess, I am just not happy at ALL.

We’re proud of our new home however I’m ashamed of how things were handled in the last week or 2 of the process

It was a great and smooth process from start to finish. From the start of the process Kathryn worked very hard to get us the deal that we were looking for and once we settled in the pricing she passed on the Barton to Brad the Mortgage banker and that was an easier process to upload docs and lock in the rate for us at the right timing. We were able to close the deal in less then 30 days, thank you guys for all your genuine help a great team to work with.

Patience, flexibility, and follow through.

Overall good experience buying our new home. Al has been great with making sure any issues were resolved and addressed quickly.
