Overall experience was great with the sales rep Justin. From Day 1 he walked me through various steps in the home buying process, being a first time buyer I had no knowledge about. He kept me informed on any important milestones. Most important part is he guided me with various issues and concerns I had throughout the process. Justin had knowledge about every step in the process and without his help we would have never closed on our house. Also I had a great experience with kb home loans officer Elizabeth for helping me close my mortgage with KB.

Everyone was heplful and patient even through Covid and supply shortages. God-bless

The builder has assembled a very proficient group of employees. The sales office was so helpful and patient with us. My wife and I are not computer smart, but we got through the whole procedure and are now in our lovely home. Thank You KB and thank you all employees of KB for making this a wonderful experience.

My experience was great and I would encourage anyone to go through KB Homes, the staff is amazing to work with.

KB Homes makes you feel at ease with the process of buying a house by always keeping you informed of the entire progression of the house and the finance.

We lived out of state when we purchased and built our home. The process was surprisingly easy and problem free. We appreciated the weekly updates from Ray, Jacquelyn and Rita. In the end KB delivered a beautiful home to us

Its was a great experience working KB Home's team from the first day we walk in and met Shelia in the office to the finishing touches of our home with Luis. We had the pleasure to also meet superintendent Joe always on top of his job site making sure it's all taken care of properly. They made sure and walked us through every step of the way. If we had any question or concerns they where always quick to response even after hours. We are very happy & satisfied with our new home specially with KB Home team they are very professional always made us feel like home from the very start.
