Purchasing as a first time home buyer is truly scary and so much unknown. The experience would of been hard however the entire team from sales to building and closing helped us the entire time. We felt confident in their guidance and truly appreciate all they did for us.

If wasn't because of pandemic time everything would be on time ,and on the other hand I had the builder inspector helping on everything he could to get my house soon is possible which he accomplish by doing all we needed, Thank You Don

The customer service from Bryon and Rob was great. In terms of improvement for KB Home, I think better attention to the small details would be nice. For example, we found a few paint drippings on the carpet, counters, and doorknobs. Also the AC unit wasn't level. Other than that, I think our experience with KB Home was good.

As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed. The salesman for the site did an outstanding job keeping me informed and up to date on the final stages of the construction. He provided pictures and videos as well as weekly phone calls. He(Ramon) was instrumental in the financial side ,locating finance options when the one with KB home was exhausted. He is the very best at what I does.

We had an exceptional rating in every category because amidst the pandemic, and builders in a rush to get projects completed to appease their investors, KB Home Prado at Cadence Park, Irvine, had one thing on their mind: Quality! They delivery a turn-key property and with terrific accuracy and craftmanship. Everything from Sales, Lending, Design Studio, and Construction, was an amazing experience! We will continue to buy into the KB brand!
