House was perfect. Timeline to completion went smooth. Great people to work with and always kept us informed along the way.

The entire process was excellent starting from the initial purchase, upgraded the house at the design center, step by step construction process and the last but not the least the finishing touches! We had such a wonderful experience with KB Homes. They answered and went over each process if we had question which was extremely important to us since this was our first home purchase. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process.

Which ever builder you choose, insist on a 3rd party inspection. Unlike other builders KB welcomed my 3rd party inspector and provided access through out the different phases of the construction. In addition KB made the few minor corrections he requested.
