My entire process was from start to finish was remarkable. There was excellent communication from KBHomes to me from the initial purchase to my final move-in. The quality of this home is top notch especially when you factor in the great price I paid. All of my questions were answered promptly by all of the teams. With all of the options that you have to choose from, I would highly recommend KBHomes.

From the very beginning I was discriminated against by Alex. Which also led to us not using the lender for fear that we would be again discriminated against.

Buying with KB was so easy thanks to Harvey, Josie, and Daniel. Harvey and Josie went above and beyond for us during the home buying process, from walking us through the home when we came to tour to working with us upon placing a deposit and all the paperwork following. In inspections, Daniel was very attentive and flexible with us, ensuring that any concerns that we or our third-party inspector brought to light were taken care of by move-in. All 3 made the home buying experience extremely easy and our family is very happy with our purchase and new home!

I am a first time home buyer and my anxiety was on high. At each step, each person I came in contact with was quite knowledgeable or sourced the answer to the solution. Ones who stand out are Michelle, Jim, and Kerlyn. Thank you so much for your time and continued effort.

The 4th house I got from KB. Good quality, good location, reasonable price.

The experience was great. The builder was communicative and attentive to our needs.

Lack of presence of of the promised appliances on the day of walkthrough like No Stove range, no Microwave. Lot of small issues needed to be addressed and it took almost 45 days after forcing the buyer to close on the property. I had to make repeated requests to make repairs and customer service is NOT customer oriented team at all. KB homes threaten buyers to close on the property when it is NOT move in ready. Very disappointed that as big as KB Homes building umpteen number of homes in the area, conducting in this unprofessional manner taking the joy of owning a new from the buyers. I heard the same complaints from other home owners in the locality. Simply disappointing and frustrating and KB Homes won’t give a hoot and won’t budge in to compensate either. Will never buy another home from the builder I must mention that Scott the sales person and Construction supervisor Chris were professional and nice but my complaint is about the builder. ... More

Cindy my selling agent was great. I do not like the fact that certain things were left unfinished and sloppy, granted they have been fixed, but I guess things were being rushed to meet a deadline.

The overall experience was a shade above terrible. As expected, the home took approximately 12 months from signing the contract to closing. For nearly 8-9 months we dealt with an unresponsive Construction Manager - named Scott and a similarly unresponsive Sales Rep named Bob (Ok. Bob was a tad-bit more responsive but very unreliable). Not only were they unresponsive, they were unclear in their communications creating much heartache and the potential loss of a sell. The only reason we remained on contract with the purchase of this home, is because of Brandon. Unbeknownst to us, Brandon was assigned as our new Construction Manager the last two-three months of this process drastically improving our experience. I feel confident in saying that had Brandon been our Construction Manager from the onset, KB would have gotten better ratings. Brandon was professional, honest, and understanding of our concerns and issues. He immediately addressed issues that had been outstanding for nearly 6 months (i.e. when there's a hole in your brand new roof during the winter and spring months, that's an issue that should be taken care off immediately). Brandon single handedly saved this sell. The KB's closing process (not included in the ratings) was also a mess, but because it's not on this rating scale I won't go into those issues. ... More

There are not enough words to express how outstanding the KB staffers were from beginning to end during the home buying process. Post purchase, they are still going beyond the call of duty by addressing my questions and being accountable for any discovered defects. KB has definitely been on my side. Thank you KB Fam!

We do not advise other home buyers to get the idea that you are buying a new home. Home was not and still is not after 2 months 100% completed. Quality of workmanship is lacking and not upheld by supervisors. People seem to have good intentions but actions are not reflecting this. Issues that had been pointed out before are simply being deferred to

I love my house buying experience at KB home

This had to be one of the most stressful purchase and move we had ever experienced. I’ll start at the beginning with the loan officer, our loan officer matt gave us some expectation he was not able to keep. He was very unreliable, he would say I’ll call you and he would never do. During the whole process we were left in the dark, he was more worried about his personal business he had on the side than his actual job. We had no idea where our loan was in the process and on top of that we stressed to him the importance of setting our closing date because we were moving from Delaware to Texas and we had to move our closing date two times because he dropped the ball on turning in our documentation into the processing department even though we kept calling him to see if our paperwork had already been sent to the processing department to get our loan in the process. We were told that to compensate for the loan officers negligence we would be getting a garage door opener and that has yet to be installed in our home. The fun does not end here, my family and I get to Texas and not only was our house not ready the quality of craftsmanship has left me dumbfounded. There are so many discrepancies in the home and even though I have reached out to the project manager at least once a week I feel like we are left on the back burner since already moved in, not to mention we have been living here for over a month and have yet to be able to set up trash service or water under my name because the certificate of occupancy has not been released. This experience has really taken me by surprise because my wife and I had a purchased KB home in the past and the quality of craftsmanship was high and the experience was smooth but now it feels like a lot of corners were cut. ... It was awesome! They did great helping us get our home! Houses here are beautiful and well built!

Our building superintendent is wonderful. Very quick to respond to our service requests. We are glad we made the choice to purchase from KB Homes.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to close. I personally used KB Homes financing and they did an AMAZING JOB! The Superintendent of my home was VERY INFORMATIVE on our home progress. The KB Sales staff. One word.. AMAZING!!! MY HOME AND QUALITY A++++. Hurry up and grab a home lot! You will not be disappointed.
