Our new home has everything we wanted and needed and then some! Great Job KB!

Cons: HOA is kind of expensive (no amenities or whatever) and the grass are uneven in the tiny park and sometimes there’s litters. Builder still has not replied or given me the garage opener they promised (it has been 2 months since we close), which shows they’re gonna be like that if some warranty issue happens. Loan officer keeps getting our names wrong during the process and the closing was postponed 2 times and only notify us hours away from it. Pros: Community is quiet. The house is fairly build.

Helped us while living out of country , was mostly a smooth process.

We had a great experience with KB homes from start to finish. Highly recommend going with KB if considering new construction!

KB Homes are value for money. Great designing options with great professional behaviors of KB executives.

Stop and reconsider. The sales manager is the worst person and provides awful customer service. He want me to desist from buying the house, and he was glad that that was the outcome. I persisted because otherwise they would have kept my deposit. The lender that they offer is literally unresponsive. I closed with another lender and never received an answer from KB home lender… why? They offer 10k closing cost assistance, but is just a trick! They did not provide me anything or give me information on why. The sales team was NOT present when I closed on the home… they avoided me! I got the keys in a bag on the garage… the only person greeted us where contractors that were still painting the home and cleaning… obviously they had no clue who we were. The house was delivered dirty, a knife blade on the kitchen countertop, bottles with paint open on the floor, it’s was horrible. We had not heard anything from KB home customer service about this… even as I competed a survey already… so that proves that they really don’t care about you. They only want you to blindly fill these surveys to make them look good on social media, but in reality their customer service is bad. ... More

The process was fairly easy, I have no complains as all my questions had been answered in a professional and timely manner!

The whole KB Home team made our dream possible as first time home buyers. Stress is part of the process but everybody from KB did a great job on making us comfortable and meeting our timeframe.

Both my sales person Juli and my builder Ron are amazing. They addressed all my issues on time and were always easy to reach to. Thanks and good luck.

I believe since my community was brand new, I experience unusual circumstances. My move-in was delayed by 2 1/2 months due to now power available to the community when I finally moved in no cable or Internet was available for a month and a half however the sales team was amazing so I can’t penalize them for any mishaps I feel next time, the builder should communicate with the city, and make sure everyone is on the same page so that all the utilities and amenities are available

Bring your realtor or trusted friend with construction and design knowledge along with you during different phases, and walk thru's. Make a list of items that need clarification (buyer and sales staff), get some trusted outside opinions.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND KB HOMES TO ANYONE, IT'S THE WORST BUILDERS, VERY CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY!!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY HOME, WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT WITH ANOTHER BUILDER!!!

Way too manny small issues with the home

We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

The whole process was much easier than I thought it would. Elaine, my sales person, was so awesome. Jeff, my loan processor, was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Logan is incredible to work with for our aftercare. She makes getting things fixed a breeze.

The finance team was great. Very responsive and never did they my address my questions or concerns. The builder, however, has not been trustworthy. The first superintendent behaved as if I was irrational in expecting him to properly fix issues. The second superintendent dropped the ball and is now attempting to schedule contractors to come out. All the while I have to request time off from work to address issues that were identified and assured would be fixed prior to closing. I am incredibly disappointed and appalled at some of the requests made. I held my end of the bargain. I hope that KB Homes will finally fix the problems and stop the process of inconveniencing me. The superintendent should have never accepted the crappy workmanship of the subcontracting companies. It is really a unpleasant for friends an family to see door that was never painted nor hung. Doors not closing as they should. Doors not fitting properly and a shower/tub tile work that is subpar. Not level in many places. There is more but I hope to catch corporate’s attention. This isn’t my first buy but it is my first solo purchase and it hasn’t been pleasant ... More

We have been here 6 weeks and still the house is not complete. Poorest workmanship I have ever seen. Have been promised numerous times for the completion but, to no avail. Front door was to be painted completely blue which was what we had picked out in the design studio. The door is only painted blue on the outside. Paint droppings on all floors. Several closet frames are 1/2 inch different from side to side. Transition molding in kitchen is not secure. Seal on one window is coming off. Sorry we bought into this house. Walk out the back door and you roll down the hill. Not level at all.

Great staff and exceptional service

The new home is great! Kb homes held my hands from beginning of signing to buy the home to close of escrow. After moving into my new home, I can still call on homes team to fix anything that needs fixing. Great team and excellent services.
