I like KB Home a lot. Sales rep is responsive; design center offer is customizable. I understand the complications of construction, but I am not having a good experience recently. I closed my home at the end of Mar. the first week after closing, heavy rain came and my neighboring sites mud flooded to mine. 1/3 of my yard has been buried since then. I communicated with construction and warranty so many times, but it is early/mid Jun now, my yard is still buried. It is hard to move around the yard and the standing water raised tons of mosquitoes. KB was easy to work with and answered every concern we had.

I like my home.

Overall we were happy with our home and a lot of the issues that came up were handled. However there were moments of lack of communication and delayed execution with our inspector. Issues that came up before our 30 days with Tyler have still not been handled. We remain optimistic that they will get fixed. Overall we rate the experience a 9/10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience building with KB home. We've heard horrid stories about other builders, so we were nervous building new construction. However, the KB crew from sales to construction to financing as been awesome. They really made it a priority to make sure we were happy with our home. Can't expect more than that!

Words is not enough to be grateful of this entire process in purchasing a new home with KB. It was a great experience because of these three wonderful trustworthy friendly compassionate men. they all became a friend to me along the process. Bill the realtor was incredible.He never cease to update me sending pics of the construction. He quickly respond to my phone calls and texts. personal attention support and assistance is well appreciated. This was my first newly built home and really do not know what to expect but he clears everything and always there for my best interest.I contribute my non stress journey to him as well.He is not just a realtor but became a trustworthy friend.I will surely miss him esp when questions will still come up just because he was always there. My loan officer Bill is doing all my best interest as well. He is very knowledgeable about the market trustworthy that you built confidence in an instant.He provides me with clarity and reassurance along the process. At first I was working on two loan officer the other was a church mate and gave me a wrong advice to apply near closing g escrow sure enough it was 2 percent more so glad I listened to Bill to locked the interest rate. He is Knowledgeable.He gives me the best counsel in the process. My loan officer is a good fit responded and communicates well throughout the process. He was on a vacation endorsed me to another officer but still on the loop grateful for his consistent care and concern for me. The whole process is smooth from the onset to finish, I feel like I have a friend who favored me. Craig as well is incredible.He become like a family to me always there catering for my needs and never ending questions.I am not a high tech person but he demonstrated all the smart features switches showing me where they are the insulation humidifier switches.So hardworking visible building superintendent. Goes beyond his tasks for us. He delegate tasks in a timely manner whenever something need to be done on the finishing touches carpentry electricity etc He is very visible supportive caring and engaging. About the quality overall is good.Just need tweaking on the finishing touches My home needed some minor carpentry repairs painting electrical fixing but that’s why there’s warranty. Has to share there was a dead mice on the front door and inside on one of the bedrooms. Hoping there won’t be more.. ... More

This was the most horrible experience for buying a home, the aggressiveness and incompetent plus the misinformation of the sales team was the most unpleasant experience for buying a home. I am sorry but I will never refer anyone

KB homes are great when it comes to to building houses. Furthermore, you get a great deal when you finance with them. I recommend KB to anyone who is interested to buy a solid beautiful modern house yet affordable.

We closed on the home April 20 and I let the builder know that they had 3 weeks to fix the already existing issues until my family moved in on May 12. When we showed up to the house 3 weeks later the house was unfinished. The same issues were still not completed. The house wasn't even cleaned and ready for us to live in it. There are items that we paid for that aren't installed on the house and vice a versa.

I recently bought my first home with KB. The team and everyone involved was great! They were always there to help with anything. I am happy to say that I'm more than pleased with the entire process and experience . A big thank you to Omari, Jennifer, Eric, Joan and Cecil.

I used to live in an apartment 3 miles from my new home. I love the area, quietness and convenience to multiple variations of stores within a 5 to 10 miles radius. Enjoy the local parks Alexander Deussen and Sheldon Lake park as well as local lakes among a 3-5 miles drive. It is such a great location and community to live and enjoy. KB home affordable price and quality in their home is something I am proud to have made the choice to built with them. The floorplan of my home is what I am happy to have selected because it is not only open it is aesthically pleasing. KB got my vote on making their homeowners happy. ... More

It was a great experience working with KB on our home. I thought the mock up was all marketing fluff but it came out exactly as depicted. With anything in construction, there’s contracting and working with other companies. Any minor issues we experienced was mostly due to this. KB Homes has a supervisor specifically for your home to make sure everything goes according to plan. When issues crop up, they’re right there on the spot looking for a solution. We were given weekly updates and it was the coolest thing to see our home be built. 100% recommended!

KB Home is awesome! They really work with you to ensure customer satisfaction. 100% recommend!

KB Homes is our very first build experience and we really are glad about it. There wasnt a lot of stress or problems and they really do make sure you love your home and you are satisfied and they make sure they fix any mistakes or mishaps. Overall we are very happy we chose to build wirh KB Homes.

KB home builders exceeded our expectations when it came to craftsmanship, responsiveness and the care they put into prioritizing our project and making sure we were satisfied with our new home. The entire crew was amazing but special thanks to Marshall, Dixie and Cody for making the process that much easier, you are the absolute best!
