Suzanne, was so kind and helpful. This is why I made the decision to purchase this home. This was my fourth brand new home. The few people I met while building this house were also very helpful like Scott and Mike but anyone in higher offices were very rude and not helpful I would not recommend Kb Homes to anyone, very cheaply, built so disappointed.

Overall we were very satisfied with the experience of our home purchase. The pandamic threw us some unexpected surprises but at the end we were able to purchase our home and are very happy with with. The personnel that we encountered throughout our journey were excellent people that cared and paid attention to our concerns. Our greatest gratitude for Jennifer and Mark for a job well done.

The entire experience is one of the worst I have ever had and this is the third home that I’ve built. The completion time was twice as long as I was promised, and the quality of the work is mediocre at best. It’s almost impossible to get things resolved off your punchlist. I have been in the house for two months and things that were supposed to be resolved after my 10 day walk-through are still not resolved. It’s only recently that I started dealing with Mike one of the people in charge of this development that I have been able to get things addressed, he is great but the entire experience has been horrific. ... We moved from Michigan to Colorado while our house was in the very early stages of construction. Our salesman and the two construction superintendents were helpful and accommodating during the build process. For obvious safety reasons, we followed guidelines regarding visitations to our home construction site carefully while making a frequent number of visits during the construction period. This had nothing to do with any trust concerns regarding kb Home. It was the way I was raised by parents and grandparents imparting to me how best to ensure a successful outcome wether the building project has residential or commercial. This build was for our “age in place” primary residence, We were very particular about the final product being what we expected. While virtually all building construction, especially residential homes, have a followup “punch list” of last things to complete even after possession, the kb Home process is extremely thorough! Communication before and after possession has been superlative. If you are considering builders, particularly residential, I highly recommend you consider kb Home as your builder of choice. ... More

Great sales in Cristina and super great construction manager Enrique!!! They kept me informed and were my advocate in all!

The process from selecting a lot, to design to close was a seamless and easy but rewarding process. We were kept up to date throughout the construction and loan process. We are very pleased with our new KB home and I would recommend anyone looking for a newly built home, to find KB neighborhood near them.

The sales team and construction team were always very helpful and patient throughout the process. They did the best they could. Post move in has been a somewhat difference experience. I am not getting any help from warranty on my breaker and range tripping. It’s not solely an appliance problem. The required GFCI breakers are not compatible with the basic range I purchased for my home. I think quality assurance fell through there. A propose solution would be to request a city ex emotion to change the breakers or provide us with ranges that are compatible with the breaker. The home buying experience was made very easy!! The Sales team was very informative about the technology of the house and house building processes. They made me feel like this community and home was a great fit. The loan process was very smooth! Loan officer did a phenomenal job explaining everything and answered all my questions. They made the process very easy. I always thought it would be a difficult process to buy a home, but they showed me that it was not. 16 months to close. They tried to close earlier multiple times but work was not complete. When we finally closed there was still a list of things needing completion.

The sale office was friendly and detail oriented. Ryan from Customer care gave a complete new home tour and explained everything about the house. He was super responsive to questions and was very accessible ! His team Members were on time and professional

KB Homes may look nice from the exterior and the salesman may sing a beautiful tune, but this builder is one of the worst and takes every possible shortcut with no thought as to how it might affect the homebuyer. The salesmen work for KB Home and are willing to say anything to get you to sign that contract and put that sold sign in front of the house! We discovered many problems throughout the home including cracked foundation, "upgrades" installed incorrectly to where they don't function properly, light fixtures that do not work or are falling off the wall, among other features. Tile in the home is so uneven and chipped I cannot walk barefoot without physically cutting my feet. KB Home refuses to fix these issues. We were extremely pressured to "hurry up and close" and were promised warranty would take care of these issues after closing on the home; however, after closing on the home, warranty flat out refused to take care of these issues. I closed on my home with blue tape where painters and other contractors were supposed to come fix things. I was told to not worry about this, that again it would be taken care of after I signed closing documents. I signed closing documents, and suddenly both warranty and construction tell me it is not their problem anymore. They are deceptive in their business practices. I highly regret my purchase. ... More

The sales and construction teams were constantly in touch with us through weekly construction updates.Even after closing, the construction team was constantly in touch with us and fixed any issues we faced.Overall it was a good experience and good team.
