The communication with the head of construction was terrible

Like most builders, they ran months late in delivering. The value for the price paid is low. Poor finishing of the house in the final laps. We had to go after them to get things addressed. It was stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating to deal with a builder that was not customer-centric.

Everything was great. Couldn’t help the COVID shutdown, but the team stayed in touch all the way. Thanks KB

Michelle in sales was always helpful and went above and beyond to help. Our project manager Mike was overseeing that everything in the house was to my satisfaction. I love my new house.

KB made the buying experience simple and enjoyable. Everyone was organized and followed up with us every step of the way. The materials used in our home are very good quality.

We have had a great experience with KB homes. Have not turned in any warranty work yet and hoping to have good results with that as well. Staff have all been very friendly and professional. Gave responsiveness to issues a 4 because we have not turned in any issues yet and trust it will go well.

KB homes are great value for the price. Our experience has been seamless from start to end.

Had a wonderful experience overall with KB homes, Adrian was fantastic, even after moving in he was such a great help. We spoke weekly and anytime I had a concern or question he answered right away and had great customer service.

The whole process from signing the contract to move-in day was so easy and stress-free (especially for building a new house)! Even with minor delays, the team were very communicative and helpful throughout. Our finished home is an absolute dream, and the quality is exactly what we were promised!

From the initial contact with Reed in the sales office to our walk thru and consultation with Justin the construction manager we were very impressed with the consistent contact they maintained with us through the process. We had no regrets buying a home through KB Homes !!

We felt rushed to close, when the house was not even completed. Also the workmanship left a lot to be desired. We still have things that need to be fixed due to the shotty workmanship.

They help understand and breakdown all the important feature of your new home and help understand the importance in building of your new home

Issues that were address at the beginning have not been fixed. I get told dates and still no one comes out. Would be nice to at least get an update.

We had never bought a newly built house…we were blessed to get in the phase and location we desired, the design experience was easy, and the build was fantastic! We have been in the house about 6 weeks and love it-it is no longer a house it is a home! Thank you KB!

I would rate this whole process 3 star, during the process of gathering paperwork was difficult due to a lot of miscommunication and some area during the process can improve. But overall I’m satisfied with my home, I do want to say that sale person and responsive to issues team is awesome.

An awesome team! We feel like everyone is a family working together to get us our new Home. Since day one Dinah, Daniel, Tim, Christine were all helping & always available when we needed them for advise regarding paperworks. They always have positive answers and advices.Our walk through was an awesome experience too. Michael showed & introduced us to the new home like a pro. He has answers to every question we have regarding the new home. We would highly recommend KBHomes to my family & friends. Not all issues on a repair list completed to date. No clear contact person for support. Community hoa only takes money and fees, minimal to none involvement or keeping oversight over what’s going on. Utility companies are “exempt” from notifying that they do work in front of the houses and act without regard or respect to owners. Poorly arranged and organized for owners to follow. Initially was happy about the house now Becoming more and more unhappy that got involved with this organization after paying premier market value for the property getting mediocre to borderline unfriendly support.

I have never thought of purchasing a KH Home for myself. I work in the real estate industry and have heard a lot about how KH homes being built with lower quality, cheap and required a lot of upgrades. Knowing this, but a few things that interested me about KB homes was the community is big, mostly located in good convenience location, house square foot are large, allow buyers to chose structural and interior design upgrades that must of the average builders don’t allow especially during the Covid19 time. I have chosen a lot and a one story plan building it from scratch. Overall the building process took 8-9 months which I was expected and told by the builder. Went to select option upgrades and our house turn out very nice the way we imagined it was going to. We did find a few problems with the AC leakage, and a few other small issues after moved in, but KB has a wonderful warranty team, the warranty manager who scheduled appts and managed the vendors to come out and repaired all of the items we called out within the first two weeks after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience and I do recommend buyers to look into buy KB homes today and plan to spend $40-$60k+ upgrade to make your house looks really nice on top of the base price given (was still great and average cost per sqt) to start. ... This is my first home purchase and I have been so pleased with the outcome and process. My first experience with KB at the Entrada Del Oro location was with Reed. Reed took the time to show me everything, he was patient and listened to my situation and found a way for everything to work. My loan office Ioana was also fantastic, she took care of me and guided me through everything and made the process stress free and coached me along the way. Lastly the contractor Justin has been AMAZING since I walked the home and got into the home he took care of everything and didn’t skip a beat.
