A whole lot hasn’t been done and haven’t gotten a response, house wasn’t finished when I moved in and every time I ask when something will be done I don’t get a definitive answer.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with a homebuilder that I would not recommend. The customer service was appalling, their craftsmanship was subpar, and their overall trustworthiness was severely lacking. To say that the customer service was poor would be an understatement. The communication was abysmal and a complete lack of transparency. I was left frustrated and wondering if my concerns even mattered to them. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, the quality and craftsmanship of the house they built were equally disappointing. The attention to detail was non-existent, and it was evident that corners were cut at every possible turn. The finishing work was sloppy, with visible cracks in the drywall, uneven flooring, and poorly installed fixtures. The materials used were of inferior quality. Furthermore, the lack of trustworthiness exhibited by this homebuilder was deeply concerning. At homeowners walk through, the home was not ready and without any valid explanations, leaving me questioning their integrity. Moreover, request for low cost for minor repairs were responded with a rejection based on personal financial ability to self purchase, causing significant financial strain and a breach of trust. It became clear that this company was more interested in maximizing their profits at the expense of their customers' satisfaction and peace of mind. Overall, my experience with this homebuilder was nothing short of a disaster. The poor customer service, coupled with the substandard quality and craftsmanship, made for an incredibly frustrating and disheartening journey. The only positive in this experience was being able to close at a good price relative to the area, but that credit goes to me and my agent. Excess on sales talk less on customer service & delivery

We haven't bought a home in a while so we forget the process. They made it very easy and stuff so I'd give them a 5/5. I also think the people are very nice and helpful which made the process good.

Seamless home buying experience. First rate appliances. Real attention to any perceived issues after closing. This is my fourth new home in my life. This was a very smooth process.

Please don't get fooled by any of these people that work for KB Homes on promises that they don't deliver. Don't sign anything until you make sure it's done because these people only want what is coming to them and that is a bonus check on a great review that we give to them. These people put up a front of being good to you when in reality they are horrible very sad that KB Homes hires unprofessional staff to do such a sloppy job. Everything is an excuse to what they and their contractors do wrong so they don't take responsibility. Lose siding, damage cabinet doors, water coming in from rear door, flood damage from lose pipe, paint smudges everywhere, filthy house interior and exterior, sloppy tile work on flooring patch up on vinyl flooring horrible, terrible patch up and touch up on walls, back porch in terrible condition and the nasty paint job. The tram was awesome Tanya, Zach and Jerry also the young lady at the show room when picking out my upgrades she was amazing.

Glad I was able to find a house that my family needs.

Do not do your closing until the house is exactly ready and to your satisfaction they promise to do the outstanding work necessary and never have time once they get your money you are in your own.

Patrick, Excellent customer service from the sales team and project manager from start to finish. Quality of home for its value. The KB homes staff continues to reach out after closing asking if there is anything that needs their attention. The location is blocks away from Boerne lake.

there were several pending issues that were promised to be closed with-in 10 days after closing, but those issues are still pending. Especially dry-wall, has been painted many times rather than fixing it clean.

This was our first house to buy but was a very easy process.

Jan and Ian have been amazing in making sure that we’re satisfied with our home purchase. They follow up to make sure the house is functioning as it should. They oriented us on what to do to make sure the appliances warranties are properly submitted. Great people to work with!!!

My experience with KB Homes was a very good one from start to finish. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we’re very professional.

We have been in the house for over 6 weeks and we are still waiting to get issues resolved. The fit and finish was really disappointing. The house was not cleaned when the movers showed up. All we got was empty promises.

Customer service is at its best with KB and company. Design agent and service representatives are helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

My home buying experience with KB Home was above the expected. Great customer service, the whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. The process was easy and the response was in a timely manner, they made it easy to understand the whole process in accomplishing your home buying experience.

I paid cash for my home. I let myself be rushed instead of making sure the issues with my home were taken care prior to closing. I have paint splatters on the lvp flooring; on the concrete outside my home; paint on the carpeting; hot water heater didn’t work, and though I let the super know it took a bit for it to be repaired by the plumbing company; the cabinet in the master bathroom was not repaired; the cabinet molding was not replaced; all the bathtubs are scratched; the cultured marble in the secondary bathroom is chipped; the kitchen sink is scratched like it was used by the builder and someone tried to clean but used an abrasive which scratched the stainless steel. So yes, I’m not a happy customer. Oh, and the Sheetrock in the garage has screw holes all over. Probably a screw up from another house. The list goes on… ... More

The sales agent and Superintendent responded, answered, and solved my questions or concerns quickly.

I really love our new house, it is in amazing condition

There was a faulty smoke alarm system installed which eventually was replaced but I had to put up with it going off approximately every 5 hours during the day and night. I did contact the construction staff early into the problem but it took about 3 weeks to get it resolved. I still have another issue regarding a possible ceiling leak in the kitchen area which has not been taken care of.
