I will say getting in contact with Susan and the other ladies was awesome! They were very helpful and responsive. Whenever I had an issue I knew I could give her a call and the team would help right away. I will say the house itself is great, there were a few hiccups on the building of the home. Overall experience was great!

Great people and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the whole process very much. It was a real pleasure to plan our next adventure in Palm Coast.

Worst workman ship ever, the whole process was a nightmare for me

The home buying with KB finance was great. The problems found before closing were fixed in a timely manner. The only minus it took longer than expected 3 months longer. I realize there were delays with weather and vendors. It’s a beautiful home though and I would recommend a KB home For the workmanship and pricing.

Just know what materials are being used in kitchen, cabinets, roofing underlayment. They are builders and may have a great home, or just an average home. It depends on what was picked for the build.

Moving into a new house should be a wonderful experience. It's been a nightmare. I referred 2 people and now feel bad for them. I tell everyone I know to stay away. I still have issues after 2 months because KB hires the cheapest laborers amd then wonders why we as residents always call

Low quality of construction ! Sales service needs to be improved. No follow up or updates on next steps upon entering into agreement. KB home needs business, not customer satisfaction.Post buying experience and responsiveness to issues is satisfactory.

Overall, the buying experience was pretty good. The salesperson was great and we got lucky with a good (but busy) construction manager. Timeliness to fix issues is decent for the most part (except the big projects and contracted companies like windows/cabinets). Still waiting on a lot to get finished and do feel like nothing from the New Home Orientation Walkthrough was actually addressed for the final walkthrough (just couldn't delay closing so needed to accept it as is-terrible position to put people in). Still unhappy about my driveway which had large cracks on every pad except the one they had already replaced and doesn't match - my driveway within the first month on my new build $400k home looks like Frankenstein and is such a huge eyesore, only thing I absolutely HATE about this house. The walls are THIN, like drywall anchors just go straight through so good luck hanging anything unless you're lucky enough to find a stud. I was told they're 16", but have found most are 24"-28" unless it's an exterior wall & definitely not thrilled about that. The rounded corners buckle as soon as they're barely hit, so be VERY careful even touching them. They are an extremely thin material. Corners get hit the most so for these to be so flimsy is kind of crazy, and I can't believe what they use is even acceptable on a build. On the good side, we looked at a LOT of homes, both new and previously owned, and KB Home hands down has the best floorplans. Like there's no comparison. All the new build homes are too close together so can't judge them on that, but also they're SUPER close together. The build itself needs work, and better quality materials. All the new home spec-type builders build this way and it's unfortunate that they're allowed to use such cheap materials and still charge an arm & a leg for a home. Sales team and finance department were great, buying process itself was great, construction manager has been great (definitely a huge plus to have one that actually seems to care to very, very thankful for that). I do think KB has better quality homes than the other new home builders in this area so overall I am happy about most of it! ... More

have a great experience with KB home

We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Sandra, the KB loan officer made all of the magic happen so we could actually get our keys. We are so grateful for the KB experience. The house functions so well and all of our neighbors are happy we are here to stay! ... More

Very happy with all the management and attention of the staff of each of those who work in KB from the saleswoman and maintenance staff As the guarantee staff all very friendly and attentive

This is our second home with Kb home and we choose Kb home because of our experience with them with our first home, and this one was no exception. They were very professional, great customer service through out the home building process from sales to construction and also after closing they make sure everything is good with the home. So if anyone is looking to buy a new home I would highly recommend to go with Kb home,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,cheers

Great effective team; prompt and action.

For anyone looking to purchase a KBHome, buyer beware that you are about to embark on a rushed, confusing, and pressured experience. Before the purchase of our home and for an extremely short period thereafter, the responsiveness and ability to make promises made to assist, carry out requests, and fix issues were satisfactory. However, the follow-through on promises and communication regarding the status of issues have been extremely frustrating. It is clear that is important through the rushed purchase process that the company places utmost priority in getting a customer through to the finish line of purchasing but afterward, responsiveness, service, and customer-first attitude falls off a cliff. I had to escalate an email to upper management to receive any attention.. and it still not completed to date. The package is pretty at the surface, but the deeper you dig, the harder it is to stay in love with the deal you made. Also, please be weary of the $10,000 upfront that you need to put in that they don‘t tell you about to secure your purchase!! If you choose to back out, you lose $10,000. Ouch. ... More

I think they need better supervision on the house works especially at the terminations that's ones are very bad

My experience was great. As a first time home buyer I had great experience with muy builder manager Brandon. He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my home Prior to get in it and after I got in it. Still reaches out here and there to make sure any questions or concerns are taken cared of. 10/10

Friendly Great buying experience overall.

The craftsmanship of the home we bought was not very good. We hope to have all the issues fixed during the home warranty period.

Enjoyed Kb homes as each saleperson, builder, superintendent were wonderful as all have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

The house was delivered to us with many details, broken walls, glass with details in doors and windows, they did not clean the house, it was delivered dirty and with paint on the carpets, the gate was hit and they still did not replace the panel. The peivers were not cured, painting details inside the house still not done. The master closet done very badly. The truth is that we are not happy with the house because it was delivered to us with many things to do and it was delivered out of time. We are not happy.

The 2 houses I bought from KB were delivered with top quality materials. I used technical assistance for some repairs and was answered promptly. I highly recommend KB Home.
