Very dependable and detail oriented.

The initial process was smooth. My rep was very helpful providing info on how to get prequalified and get into contract. The build time was very long as I was told permits were delayed 3 months. I was being pushed to close on property before the build was complete which I didn't appreciate. My initial foreman retired midway thru build process but the superintendent that took over the build was great.

I was informed and guided every step through the process. Everyone was very patient with me if I didn’t understand something and would explain it until I got it. The superintendents and KB representatives were great. They were always available for my questions and if not, they would always get right back me in a timely manner. On one occasion, something small needed to be repaired. The Superintendent actually came over and repaired it himself! I’m very impressed and pleased with my choice of purchasing a KBHome.

My husband and I bought our first home with KB Home and it turned out better than we expected. Alexandria from the Home studio was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time and picking out the designs. Jayson did most of our financial information and explained/even extended himself to explain things. My one critique with the financing department is for them to allow buyers more time i.e a week at least to lock in rates or any other important decisions when purchasing a home, I did not appreciate being rushed into a decision. Lastly our super Joe, overall Joe did a very good job with his knowledge on the materials/making of the home. I can’t fully put this on Joe but we did feel rushed to closing even though it was quite a few important things not completely done with our home. We still have exterior items needing to be fixed and have not heard of an ETA on those fixings. Another thing I would like to add which really disappointed us, is the day we closed on our home the keys given to us by Joe to our house did not work. We planned on moving into the home the very next day and not being able to get into the home the night prior or not receiving any response after hours was disappointing. KB Homes has great homes with great upgrades for the price. My experience with the sales agent and construction manager were awesome!

The home buying experience was so easy and pleasant thanks to Malissa. She was available at all times an even responded on her days off! She went above and beyond to help out in any way, and reached out to her resources to assist as needed. Scott and team were excellent as well, very responsive to our concerns and quick to get items resolved. Very professional too.

I am a first time homebuyer and was looking around for a builder I can trust. Came across so many but KB caught my eye. I have not been let down one time. From the moment the building process started I was aware of everything that was going on with the construction of my home. I mean everything!!! I got to customize the house on the inside the way I wanted it!!! A big plus!!! Just buying a new home was so scary to me because I knew nothing about buying. But I have to say from sales all the way to the project managers, design center and the counseling you received when the house is built is amazing. Plus the house I stay in is energy efficient, these times and days we need to save on money ,it keeps money in my pockets.So KB does not just build homes just to build, they build quality homes because they are looking out for the best interests of the homebuyer needs. Purchasing any new home is a bit challenging - from financing to final walk through - its just part of the process. Yet overall, things went smoothly. I like the layout and the price I paid for the home. Overall - excellent.

MICHELLE BECAME MY SPECIAL CONTACT BECAUSE SHE WAS THE EASIEST TO CONTACT AND ALWAYS WILLINGLY GETS ANY INFO FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS . Great customer service in all departments - Can't expect better!

The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!

Make sure you look for Ed. He gives the best attention to detail and quality customer service and listens to your needs and desires when customizing your house. Sometimes I felt he was my realtor. You don't find many great people like Ed these days in the real estate world. The quality of the build of certain things in the house overall was good. There are some things that could use improvement such as better door handles for example but overall combined together it was a very good experience with sales and the neighborhood.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.
