An awesome team! We feel like everyone is a family working together to get us our new Home. Since day one Dinah, Daniel, Tim, Christine were all helping & always available when we needed them for advise regarding paperworks. They always have positive answers and advices.Our walk through was an awesome experience too. Michael showed & introduced us to the new home like a pro. He has answers to every question we have regarding the new home. We would highly recommend KBHomes to my family & friends. Not all issues on a repair list completed to date. No clear contact person for support. Community hoa only takes money and fees, minimal to none involvement or keeping oversight over what’s going on. Utility companies are “exempt” from notifying that they do work in front of the houses and act without regard or respect to owners. Poorly arranged and organized for owners to follow. Initially was happy about the house now Becoming more and more unhappy that got involved with this organization after paying premier market value for the property getting mediocre to borderline unfriendly support.

I have never thought of purchasing a KH Home for myself. I work in the real estate industry and have heard a lot about how KH homes being built with lower quality, cheap and required a lot of upgrades. Knowing this, but a few things that interested me about KB homes was the community is big, mostly located in good convenience location, house square foot are large, allow buyers to chose structural and interior design upgrades that must of the average builders don’t allow especially during the Covid19 time. I have chosen a lot and a one story plan building it from scratch. Overall the building process took 8-9 months which I was expected and told by the builder. Went to select option upgrades and our house turn out very nice the way we imagined it was going to. We did find a few problems with the AC leakage, and a few other small issues after moved in, but KB has a wonderful warranty team, the warranty manager who scheduled appts and managed the vendors to come out and repaired all of the items we called out within the first two weeks after we moved in. Overall, it was a great experience and I do recommend buyers to look into buy KB homes today and plan to spend $40-$60k+ upgrade to make your house looks really nice on top of the base price given (was still great and average cost per sqt) to start. ... This is my first home purchase and I have been so pleased with the outcome and process. My first experience with KB at the Entrada Del Oro location was with Reed. Reed took the time to show me everything, he was patient and listened to my situation and found a way for everything to work. My loan office Ioana was also fantastic, she took care of me and guided me through everything and made the process stress free and coached me along the way. Lastly the contractor Justin has been AMAZING since I walked the home and got into the home he took care of everything and didn’t skip a beat. A whole lot hasn’t been done and haven’t gotten a response, house wasn’t finished when I moved in and every time I ask when something will be done I don’t get a definitive answer.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with a homebuilder that I would not recommend. The customer service was appalling, their craftsmanship was subpar, and their overall trustworthiness was severely lacking. To say that the customer service was poor would be an understatement. The communication was abysmal and a complete lack of transparency. I was left frustrated and wondering if my concerns even mattered to them. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, the quality and craftsmanship of the house they built were equally disappointing. The attention to detail was non-existent, and it was evident that corners were cut at every possible turn. The finishing work was sloppy, with visible cracks in the drywall, uneven flooring, and poorly installed fixtures. The materials used were of inferior quality. Furthermore, the lack of trustworthiness exhibited by this homebuilder was deeply concerning. At homeowners walk through, the home was not ready and without any valid explanations, leaving me questioning their integrity. Moreover, request for low cost for minor repairs were responded with a rejection based on personal financial ability to self purchase, causing significant financial strain and a breach of trust. It became clear that this company was more interested in maximizing their profits at the expense of their customers' satisfaction and peace of mind. Overall, my experience with this homebuilder was nothing short of a disaster. The poor customer service, coupled with the substandard quality and craftsmanship, made for an incredibly frustrating and disheartening journey. The only positive in this experience was being able to close at a good price relative to the area, but that credit goes to me and my agent. We haven't bought a home in a while so we forget the process. They made it very easy and stuff so I'd give them a 5/5. I also think the people are very nice and helpful which made the process good.

Seamless home buying experience. First rate appliances. Real attention to any perceived issues after closing. This is my fourth new home in my life. This was a very smooth process.

Please don't get fooled by any of these people that work for KB Homes on promises that they don't deliver. Don't sign anything until you make sure it's done because these people only want what is coming to them and that is a bonus check on a great review that we give to them. These people put up a front of being good to you when in reality they are horrible very sad that KB Homes hires unprofessional staff to do such a sloppy job. Everything is an excuse to what they and their contractors do wrong so they don't take responsibility. Lose siding, damage cabinet doors, water coming in from rear door, flood damage from lose pipe, paint smudges everywhere, filthy house interior and exterior, sloppy tile work on flooring patch up on vinyl flooring horrible, terrible patch up and touch up on walls, back porch in terrible condition and the nasty paint job. Overall the one star rating should be ZERO that's how horrible the home and the KB home staff. ... More

The tram was awesome Tanya, Zach and Jerry also the young lady at the show room when picking out my upgrades she was amazing.

Glad I was able to find a house that my family needs.

Do not do your closing until the house is exactly ready and to your satisfaction they promise to do the outstanding work necessary and never have time once they get your money you are in your own.

Patrick, Excellent customer service from the sales team and project manager from start to finish. Quality of home for its value. The KB homes staff continues to reach out after closing asking if there is anything that needs their attention. The location is blocks away from Boerne lake.

there were several pending issues that were promised to be closed with-in 10 days after closing, but those issues are still pending. Especially dry-wall, has been painted many times rather than fixing it clean.

This was our first house to buy but was a very easy process.

Jan and Ian have been amazing in making sure that we’re satisfied with our home purchase. They follow up to make sure the house is functioning as it should. They oriented us on what to do to make sure the appliances warranties are properly submitted. Great people to work with!!!

My experience with KB Homes was a very good one from start to finish. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we’re very professional.

We have been in the house for over 6 weeks and we are still waiting to get issues resolved. The fit and finish was really disappointing. The house was not cleaned when the movers showed up. All we got was empty promises.

Customer service is at its best with KB and company. Design agent and service representatives are helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

The KB staff made it very easy! Very accommodating. Ryan is great!

My home buying experience with KB Home was above the expected. Great customer service, the whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable in every way. The process was easy and the response was in a timely manner, they made it easy to understand the whole process in accomplishing your home buying experience.
