My wife and I wanted to go with another building we left KB for our last stop of the day and were sold the minute we walk into the model for floor plan 2554. We were even more excited that we didn’t have to buy a house as is and that we were able to customize even the smallest detail. This is what home buying should be and KB Homes nailed it. I received weekly updates from CJ & Lindsay throughout the process and they were great about keeping me informed of changes, delays and anything that I needed to be aware of throughout the process. I loved this and being able to go by and see the progress was awesome. I would highly recommend KB Homes, the quality of the homes they build is great and they were great about setting realistic expectations throughout the process.

Agent and second Superintendent were great. The first Superintendent was not willing to communicate or push to get us in when we needed. I’m thankful he was removed. The Loan Officer was also great!
