Absolutely love this KB neighborhood. There are walking paths and sidewalks for community members to enjoy. Homes are built green, energy efficient, quality materials and with nice floor plans. What makes this community stand out is their nice big yards, curb appeal and outstanding retaining walls. The KB team is professional, friendly and quick to help with any questions.

From the beginning, sales person to design studio, to builders to customer service all are exceptional.

First, I was placed on the waiting list to purchase a home in January of 2022. My name finally came up to purchase a home around March 20th 22. I placed the down payment and the salesperson said my pre-qualification letter and and closing disclosure to me. My realtor and myself, went off on those numbers and planned for the home for several months. A month later, my salesperson from KB sent me a message that he had to apologize for sending me the wrong figures and home information for over a month. Wow. He informed me that my closing figures would be twice as much now with the new figures. I am not sure how you get the information wrong for over a month. However, I digress. I then had to drop out of that process because of KB homes And request a refund. I then gave KB Homes another chance in July to purchase a home. The home that was advertised on KB's website and for the Realtors website and the nmls list was a perfect fit. The home was advertised as all improvements and structural details included. I signed the contract and pay the down payment. Almost 2 months later the same salesman came to me and advised that they could not honor the contract. They informed me that there were several mistakes with the advertising and they could not honor the previous agreement that I signed and paid for. Because I am just a nine to five worker, and not a multi-million dollar Corporation they could do such a thing. The average working Joe has no leverage on these companies. We then had to restructure the entire contract. I lost out on a great deal that KB advertised. Lastly I was recently informed emphatically and specifically not to change the utilities in my name until they specifically informed me to because of issues that were still going on with the home. My kids and I came home after work school and our Sports practice around 6:00 p.m. Friday and all Power and Water was turned off to the home without myself ever receiving any type of heads up or calls. I informed the head of construction that this is not what I was told and now my family has to suffer because I trusted the information that I was given. The construction phase was better than the sales phase. I assume I will have to pay for everything I lost for those 4 days without power. That's really has been my experience with KB homes. Recently i bought my first KB home, though i have multiple investment properties, the quality, and workmanship are of a way low standard. The wrong cabinets are installed and post-handover, I have been asked to reinstall the cabinets. There is no space to access master bathroom from one side. Overall a very terrible experience with KB Homes.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

Moved into a new house. Loving it. Best part is the warranty. Issue occurs right? But the Superintendents made my life happy. Quick fix of any issues ,,,,not many but amazing customer service by these guys.....(FYI-Sales person is not getting this rating,,dont want to talk about him)

I like my new home, everything until moment is great, all the services provide it . The area is so pretty and quiet.

Everything was just good I cannot complain at all.

We were very excited to work with KB because the sales team is great at making the presentation and making a lot of promises. Unfortunately, many of those promises were not delivered or brushed off. After we moved in, there were too many issues, small and bigger ones that need to be addressed. Yes, the warranty team is responsive but it requires us to be at home each time we wait to someone to show up to fix something. We are in the house for 6 weeks now and I had to take 8 days off from work to be at home. That is incredibly inconvenient for a brand new house.

Sales staff and home builder are highly professional and very quick about n responses and attending to issues

Great experience from start to finish!

Everything went smooth since the first day, everyone has been helpful and supportive. From purchase (thanks Pat) through construction (thanks Robert and Ramon), mortgage (thanks Debra, Rosanna), post delivery support (thanks AJ), options (thanks Sonia) everything was perfect.

I have bought a couple of homes in my lufe and this by far was the vest experience. The consistent communication from the KB offices, finance and project manager were great. The customer service to resolve issues post closing is impressive as well.

It was a frustrating process with multiple builder delays only to be left with incomplete items.

This is my third home that I've had built. I must say that this builder comes out first in homebuilding. I've was kept abreast of each phase of the building. They had lots of patience when answering questions concerning my home. The Superintendent, Ian was great, and very knowledgeable of my home. If you're going to purchase a home, do greatly consider KB Homes.

Very Responsive very organized and responsible

Be Away from this Builder. The construction Quality is very worse. Many Issues with the home. They just avoid the home owner issues after closing. The construction manager is buying the feedback from the Existing home owners, with a small perks like Free Epoxy flooring, if we give 100% positive feedback on All sections. My Home had many issues, with the Paint & Appliances and many more. Some design selections I selected are not installed, they forgot to install them. So, I did not submit the positive feedback, They did not give me the Epoxy flooring. Submitting 100% positive feedback, for a 300 $ value Epoxy flooring is Joke !! Never trust this builder !! The experience was good at the beginning of the process,but it seemed there was a hurry to get it closed by the end of January. There was a chip on a tile of the floor and the back sliding glass door doesn't lock properly.

Our experience with KB has been second to none. From the sale rep to the property manager, we have been very pleased with our results thus far. If you are looking for a home KB is the way to go!!

Overall the experience was good. From the sales team to the builders. The quality of work could be better, but that has more to do with the speed at which these houses in the area are being built. Any issues or fixes that I needed were addressed quickly any time I asked. Overall good experience.

We bought this home near it's completion and we honestly didn't have any issues with the entire home buying process. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for a nice home and great prices along with features.
