We’re just a number.

The process of construction and purchasing the home all through KB was very easy. They always kept me up to data about the weekly progress on the house and was always there to show me around when I wanted to see the progress. KB did an amazing job on my home, and I would definitely do it again.

My experience overall was great with a few hiccups here and there. John, Camille,Joe and Glauciene are a pleasure to deal with.

We got caught up with pandemic issues e.g. manual labor, equipment supplies but all in all they did their best to make it work.

We had a great experience with Tonja. The home designer could have been more accurate with the details. Cabinet lighting was missed. Also the over hang light over the island was issued. The overall experience was good.

We are happy to be in our new home. The construction manager has done a great job in responding to our requests with any issues. Although I believe quality materials are used, the work done by laborers is rather sloppy. There seems to be a lack of pride in what is done. We continue to have issues with back yard irrigation and currently we are unable to use our yard, but I am confident that KB will honor their commitments. The repairs are often delayed when having to request from an external company. Overall we are happy with our new home. Thank you KB.

A great place gated communitr, nice neighborhood, quite and peacefull. A great place to live Specially if you have kids to build a new life and of course a retirement home. What else I can say is stopby and take a look how you feel.

I am a first time homebuyer and this process was fairly easy compared to other experiences I’ve heard of. The only thing I wish would have been done differently was information provided regarding changes in rates and full disclosure of how to lock in your rate early on. It took a full year for completion. Our construction manager Joe was very helpful through the build process and especially after closing. Any issues or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. He could use some help given there’s a lot of requests and he supervises the entire subdivision. Overall I would recommend to others

Sales team and our builder Cody are awesome. Cody took care of any small issues in a timely manner. Cabinets can be of better quality as we received some slight color variations in some cabinet doors.

Buying a house is very stressful specially as a 1st time home buyer. I did a lot of research and ask alot of advice from family and friends and still I’m not confident in getting a house because I feel I’m not completely equipped with knowledge of owning one until I met Lorraine M. (KB agent) which help us and introduced us to Diamond D.( Loan Officer of KB) who help us in every step of the way. She showed us different ways to get our 1st house and what will work best for us and because of this I confidently made an informed decision on owning my first house. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating and trustworthy. Kudos to Luis (KB new home walk in officer/agent) introduced us to our new house showed us all the fixtures and amenities of the house, answered all our questions and offer a post home transfer touch up repair. I’m going to be honest I was going to be the worst experience ever buying a house but KB stepped up and made it a great experience

To start, KB was the only builder that didn't join the "bidding game" among all the builders out there. They went with "first come first serve", and I was able to sign up and start the home buying process immediately. Alex in the design studio is awesome! She made the entire design process so enjoyable. Our design appointment went over 3 hours and it felt like a breeze. Alex deserves a raise for sure. The construction process was overall good. There was a small hiccup toward the end, but the team was able to fix the issue rather swiftly. Sarah from the KB Home Loan team was also super helpful. She walked us through the loan process with knowledge and worked hard to give us the best rate and pricing possible. It's been a tough market, but the KB team helped us ease through the entire home buying process. I'm grateful. I'm not able to give much input on the house quality as of yet since I just moved in. Sales staff was very nice and listen to our issue and addressed what they could. Loan department seemed to put minimal effort into giving us loan options or providing information about the different loan options, get a realtor you trust to help you. Construction was on schedule but did not repair all the issue identified during home inspection walk and was difficult to work with to address those issue.

Many of the trades did poor quality work. Now we are 2 months in the house and still waiting for them to come correct the mess they made. Extremely disappointed in this. I'm still looking for reasons to love this house, but it's been a struggle. As of right now, I would not recommend a KB home.

The price was to high, waited almost one year..

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

Great Home buying experience with KB. From Eric who took time to show me various homes and keep updated on a weekly basis to Arturo who facilitated the loan process and ensured the closing was smooth to David who kept me informed as to how to take care of my new home as well as check on a regular basis to ensure that all was going well and respond promptly to any concerns that arose, I can’t but to say my experience was and is still fantastic. KB do not just sell you a home. They stay with you during and after the home buying process.

I am a first time new home buyer. The process was made easier being in a team and following the guide lines provided by KB Homes. Everyone in the team is very friendly and helpful. Weekly followup and pictures kept the whole team informed. I appreciate all the support my team gave me during the process.

it was a nice buying experience and the staff are really nice

My first visit to the KB Homes was a great experience. I was introduced to a new way of living in a modern home. I was happy with their sales rep the most. And secondly the builder’s who explained everything about how to use my new home. Overall, KB homes was a perfect match for me and if you’re planning to purchase a new modern home, KB Homes will make you very happy.

I have been in the house for two months and it still has many details. The truth is that I would not recommend it to anyone, tremendous sectioning. Put people who are trained to supervise the construction of the houses.
