KB Home Reviews

I had a quick yet smooth experience. Everyone showed great professionalism and care.

Everything was done as scheduled and on time. Thank you

Very efficient and high quality materials and process.

After months of searching, packing, and more paperwork than I ever imagined, I was grateful to finally have my own house keys! So incredibly thankful to everyone who helped me along this journey . I loved the layout of the kitchen and the beautiful wooden floor. Thanks again.

Building with KB Home has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked into the sales office, the team made me feel supported and informed. I loved being able to choose everything — from cabinets to flooring — and seeing my vision come to life. I absolutely recommend KB Homes!

We were disappointed about the lack of a lighting in the den. The lighting in the bedroom near the front of the house was in the hallway and closet instead of the main bedroom. There was no cable connection is the same bedroom.

It’s a great community everyone is so friendly

Everything was handled from front to end. Very seamless process.

With the exception of a delay by the architect it was a great experience. From the salesperson (Cannon) to the Project Manager (Miguel) we couldn’t be happier. Their knowledge , communication, attention to detail and follow through were the best. Thank you for building the home we always dreamed of.

I had an excellent experience with KB homes throughout the purchase process. They communicated consistently keeping me informed about the progress of the house. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns, which gave me confidence and peace. The workmanship on my home was outstanding and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Would vouch for KB homes any day any time.

Great! Thank you so much

KB sales office was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and professional.

Working with my sales representative was good he kept me informed on the status of my home the studio picking out our choices was fun wasn’t to pleased with the siding that they use when I researched kb homes on the internet it said they exclusively use cement fiber board but that is not what I got overall we really like our home it’s going to take some time and money to get the house to where I thought it was going to be when we bought

Home buying experience with KB Team was great, all deliveries made as promised. The KB Team kept continuously in contact through out whole purchase process, responding to all inquires. Home quality layout beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great people, great service. High value and quality.

We love our new home and all of the included upgrades in the price. Also, we did not spend much on upgrades and it was great overall. We also love the community and the people involved in the process who made this possible.

KB home made us feel like family from start to finish! Major shoutout to the Edgewater team for making the home buying process so smooth. Shoutout to John, Rodrigo, Kenny, Jesus, Kyle, Jim and others. THANK YOU KB HOME.

Overall, it was great experience! Kathryn did an amazing job from day one. Jesse was great explaining things within the home where things were located down to the warranty's. I would recommend KB and I would buy another investment property with KB which I will more than likely be doing.

From beginning to end, it was a responsive experience, sales counselor, Ramon, superintendent, Brady and Tony, Kerlyn (customer service); warranty folks, and financial group, Eva and Roxanne. KB contractors and subcontractors all moved timely to take care of any needs and concerns once I moved into my home. KB offers beautiful home layouts and the extras to make your home feel more and more designed by you. I highly recommend them. It does feel like family experience during and after :)
