Everything worked out great, everyone was helpful from the beginning to when I closed.

We had good luck. Good timing, peace and quiet expedient service. An experience we never experience before, it was totally unexpected. The experience was magically great. It felled into place at a glance. This is experience we will never forget as long as we live. We will shiren this as a first, leap of faith, in a new chapter.

Maria and Venassa from the sales office was great. But the other part of KB HOMES is very bad; they change the terms and conditions without notice and all for you benefit and to halo your fiscal year

Home is beautiful, however, there were a lot of little details that did not meet my expectations for the price paid. Cabinets had issues, crown molding had issues, flooring seems uneven in some areas.

It was an amazing journey especially being our first home.

there was some quality built issues with our home. We reached out to the customer service representatives to have the issues correct. They were good at accommodating the requests and fixing the issues.

Overall good buying experience

My home process has been amazing. Gavin T. has followed up every step of the way. Has been above and beyond from the perspective of a superintendent. Could not have been happier to fix the minor touch-up points to perfect my home even more. A fantastic process from the Sales and superintendent perspective to follow up on every little detail. It has me a very happy customer. Thank you.

Grass is substandard needs to be replaced

KB sales and mortgage are awful to deal with. Very unprofessional, and they did not help get me into this house, I had to resort to another lender. The communication was awful, the loan rep had zero experience and professionalism. Being a first time homebuyer, it truly was an awful experience. I’m also waiting on some minor repairs that were pointed out in my walk-through that are important to me, but don’t seem important to the builders. communication has not been good. Overall, it has not been a good experience. However, we do love her home and we are glad this is behind us although we’re still waiting on the minor repairs. Overall experience was great. From start to finish the building process was the easiest of the journey. Jake, the construction manager was very informative and communicative and kept us up to date. Any issues we brought up to him he got fixed right away. Mortgage and sales is a little different. We ran into some issues that delayed our closing by 15 days with mortgage and our sales rep was not very communicative and felt very pushy when he was communicating. But overall, if I had to do it again with just kb as a builder I would. If I had to go through the process with the kb sales team and mortgage team included, I probably would not go with them. ... Times were difficult in 2022. Economy, sipply chain. KB kept at it and we pulled thtpugh

I had a great experience with the construction team! Anything I need fixed they came to fix it, even months after I moved in! Scott is amazing as usual. My sales rep Kimberly was outstanding, she was always reachable. Terrible experience with the lender team, I ended up having to shop for an outside lender.

I had a positive experience with KB Homes until the end. It took 11 months for them to complete a townhouse, nearly 5 months more than they had originally predicted. I had 3 building contractors during that time and my sales rep also left during that time. The lack of consistency between the different phases was evident. The builders have been given too much on their plates to truly manage everything well. They are capable individuals, but the company has set them up for failure. My home was rushed to be finished and many final details were not finished well. The closing date was set and then pushed back another time and the to-do list was long even after closing. Communication was often lacking. The end of construction/closing was not as I had hoped and makes it difficult to recommend KB Homes to others for the time being. House was built per expectations and value for money was indeed great.

We bought our first home with KB Home. There are pending items to complete but they requested us to close the property and mentioned that they would complete the pending items with in 2-3 weeks of home closure. We almost completed 2+ months and still they did not address the pending items and every day follow-up got a big headache. My recommendation to everyone not to go and close the home without trusting them. Just close the property once everything is addresses.

[m my first experience with KB i was really impressed by this company. Their price was not compatible, very fair, very organized quality material, everything as they promised to accomplish and on top of all very professional and friendly stuff eager to help on every step of process,

The process during the home build was good, but once I closed there were plenty of exceptions that needed to be completed. Wished the home was more “move in ready” than what I walked into.

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

Home delivery was delayed considerably. Two months after closing, there are still items pending to be closed such as shower enclosures.

All the team was awesome and great

The new home buyer should know what community to which knock at the door. Kb home has best experience in home sales
